Modern, bright, spacious and central apartment in Leirvik, is located right by the quayside in Leirvik Hamn. Located on 4th floor with elevator. Parking space in garage facility. Private TV living room with 85 inch smart TV. Fast internet. 2 large bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds.2 large balconies. Free wifi. Guitars both aukustic and electric, record player with amp and good speakers and wifi/bluethooth speakers. Integrated coffee machine making lovely coffee from whole beans. No noise. Sprinkler system

The best hotel room in the city ⭐️ Perfect for business when hotels are full! Nice for week commuters and rotary workers. Great value for money! Aesthetically great decorated and newly renovated basement room with a separate bathroom and entrance. New big bed, couch, 65 '' TV with AppleTV with all apps. Coffee maker, coffee/tea, kettle, kettle, fridge and microwave with grill and hot air. 200 meters to boutiques, restaurant, pub, pharmacy and hairdresser. Close to sea, water and hiking areas.

Bright and nice downtown apartment

Ny og fin sentrumsnær kjellerleilighet, som ligger kun 650 meter unna Leirvik sentrum. Det er 2,5 km til verftet, Aker. Det er flotte turområder i nærheten for deg som liker en spasertur. Kort vei til butikk, som også er søndagsåpen. Kjellerleiligheten er nyoppusset og sto ferdig juni 2024. Den består av kjøkken, stue m/sovesofa, bad og et soverom. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt med stort kjøleskap m/fryser, oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndkler er selvsagt inkludert.

A very charming house in a beautiful place. It was tidy and clean and we had everything we needed. The kids also had a great time, especially our 7-year-old who became best friends with the goat. This place is highly recommended!

Vebjorn is an amazing host! He provided very detailed information about the property prior to our arrival. He immediately responded to our texts when we needed any clarification. The property is lovely and located in a leafy residential area very conveniently located close to Aker fabrication yard. The surrouding nature is beautiful. 5 star rating with no hesitation! We will definitely come back!
