Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Saxtorpsskogens naturreservat når man på 5 minuter till fots. Järavallens strövområde ligger några kilometer bort. Saxtorpssjöarna med badmöjligheter ligger bara 5 minuter bort med bil. Känd golfbana finns i närheten. 30 minuter med bil till både Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. 10 minuter med bil till Landskrona.

The train station is a short walk and trains run every 15 mins to both Malmo and Lund and take just 10 mins or you can continue to Copenhagen and sample the amazing restaurants. 2nd studio also available

Välkommen till vårt gästhus! Gästhuset har renoverats till ett modernt hus med öppen planlösning. Perfekt för den ensamme resenären som vill bo avskilt eller för golfgänget som vill bo bekvämt. Det finns en säng på nedre plan i ett separat rum med dörr. På övre plan finns fyra sängplatser i öppen planlösning (inga dörrar). Parkeringsplatsen delas med fastighetsägaren, men det finns plats för fler bilar vid behov. (laddbox finns). Vi tar emot efter kl. 17 eller efter överenskommelse.

You live spacious and comfortable with proximity to nature reserve, fishing and golf. With train, only 5 km to train station, you can quickly and easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen/Helsingborg. The accommodation is divided in two floors. There are two bedrooms with 4 beds. Sleeping space for smaller children can be arranged.

Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
