The guesthouse is an attefall house of 30 m2 plus 10 m2 sleeping loft and has its own parking, private entrance and private patio that is secluded and secluded from the other garden of the residential building. We offer a private and peaceful accommodation on quiet street with cozy and lush garden with proximity to both the beach, shopping and restaurants. The accommodation consists of bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a sleeping loft.

The Little House

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

The house has a sleeping loft with a double bed (160x200), small kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x200) and bathroom with shower and toilet. The private patio in the lush garden has table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a good dinner on a summer evening. Private WiFi, air conditioning with AC and parking in carport (maximum height 2m).

Live the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home. Close to beach, grocery shopping and Höllviken restaurant offerings. This newly built apartment case with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with hot plate, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, working corner with desk, double bed as well as mattress on sleeping loft as well as the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. Attefallet is located on our property about 20 meters from our dwelling house and shares a garden with us.

With us you are close to most things, miles of sand beach, a mall with large grocery store, system company and shops, a center with restaurants and service shops (hairdresser, naprapat, beauty salons), tennis courts, padel and several beautiful golf courses. An incredibly beautiful resort – all year. The proximity to Denmark and Copenhagen, the nature reserve Måkläppen for seal safari and Ljungen for beautiful views and nature.

Nice private tiny house! With the provided bikes you can be at the beautiful dunes beach in 5 minutes. I had no car and it was no problem. Even went to the sauna 8km away by bike. Fully recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Stinas cozy cabin. The design is awesome and the best was the outside shower. Taking a shower while the moon is rising is something very special. Stina had great tips and helped us to plan our excursions. Everything was just perfect. We’re really looking forward for another stay in the cabin. Stina and famyli thank you very much.
