Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stoney Lake

Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The cottage is wonderful and super cozy. It felt like home away from home. Jamie-Lee was a great host. Quick to respond and to action on requests, she provided great suggestions on things to in the towns near by. We would gladly come back next year!

The rental place is clean and well organized. Nina is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Braden’s place. The home was a perfect gateway for 2 people. Big plus for having plenty of firewood for the guests to use. The home was clean & had all the amenities for a great relaxing stay.

Very nice stay, if we are ever in Port Hope again we will be staying here! Close to downtown, and the place is private and well kept! Would recommend!

Art’s place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. It’s a big property with lots of space. The waterfront was pristine with clear water and no weeds. The interior has plenty of space to play games, enjoy the view and simply just relax. We would love to spend an entire week there the next time if Art would welcome us back.

We enjoyed our stay in Picton. It was nice to have a pass to visit Sandbanks, which was the highlight of our stay. Denise & Mike were very proactive in communicating instructions, amenities and local attractions. We would stay at their property again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Robin’s house was located very close to all the arena’s in Peterbourgh. We were there to watch our grandson play lacrosse. Hopefully they will return next year to this tournament. I will definetly be rebooking Robin’s loft. It was just as advertised. I also appreciated the selection of coffees. A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gordana’s! They checked in with us daily to make sure everything is going well. Little chocolates were left on the bed, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, everything was exactly as photographed. We’d definitely come back to their place when we visit Belleville again!

Le logement contenait des items pour les jeunes enfants. Par ailleurs, le logement est très bien situé juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Picton. Nous étions donc en mesure de nous promener aisément dans les différentes régions de PEC. Élizabeth était une super hôte et répondait rapidement à nos questions.

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

Christine communicated well and provided a list of all requirements. The lake and dock is absolutely perfect. A few steps down to the water but the shallow waterfront makes up for it. Awesome spots for kids to be swimming without worry. Lots of space.

We had a great stay with a big group for a bachelor golf trip! The house has a fantastic layout, plenty of space, and a beautiful location. The common areas and kitchen were perfect for hanging out, and we appreciated how easy communication was with the host throughout. Thanks again for having us!

We had a wonderful time at Caroline's AirBnB! The grounds were beautiful and the home was stunning. Caroline was very responsive and easy to communicate with (the staff gave us a tour of the property, set up a fire and gave us town recommendations). I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

We really loved our visit and wished we were able to stay longer. The space is just as you see it in the listing. It was spotless and very comfortable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. Dave was wonderful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants and helping when we couldn't figure out the tv. Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

This was excellent value, a beautiful lake view and an amazing primary suite. This house was perfect for 7 adults for a long weekend away. Would recommend and would definitely stay again
