Welcome to the Farm! A rustic apartment located on the Sunflower River. The apartment over looks our cow pastures. Other animals you might see are horses, chickens and goats. The newly redone deck with be a great spot to watch the sun set in the evenings. We are just a few miles south of the B.B. King museum and a short drives to many other blues trail spots. Peaceful cabin in orchard! Great Internet!

The Betty suite cabin is based on a standard hotel room. We have a queen bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. The private bathroom include a large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each room has high-speed Internet with a flat screen, smart TV. This building was the original home of our neighbors - Earl and Betty. We moved the structure to the park and turned it into 2 hotel suites.

The Minnow Bucket - A lakeside get-away

The Minnow Bucket was a great stay for myself, my wife and grandkids. The place is on Grand Lake with its own dock where even though the weather didn't play fair, we were able to catch several fish off the dock. my grand-daughter is enjoying letting everyone know she outfitted papaw. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. Catherine was a pleasure to meet and talk with. We will definitely be back.

I came to visit for my aunt funeral and I needed somewhere to stay and a place to cook for her repast. It was last minute and I didn’t want to rent a hotel room. Joy’E responded fast and promptly! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to be assisted because I reached out around 6pm but to my surprise Joy’E responded back and I was able to get the house the same day. Overall one of the best service received this year!

The condo is in a great location on the strip with lots of things to do within walking distance. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Only issue was a broken elevator but he was kind enough to inform us ahead of time and even offered to allow us a cancelation which was not necessary.
