Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

The apartment is 50 square meters and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the yard, as well as a beautiful kitchen area with sitting area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is an extra bedroom 90 x 200 bed and in the yard is a shed for the bikes.

Lots of nature all around, the clucking chickens of the neighbor and the chirping of the many birds leave plenty of room to slow down. There is enough space for two in our fully equipped trailer.
