Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for toddlers is provided. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Fancy relaxation and unwinding 😊 - beautiful quiet Art Nouveau apartment invites you to linger. Located directly in Striesen – South and on the green Stresemannplatz. You can expect two rooms and a very large well-equipped kitchen. A balcony in the kitchen allows you to have a nice morning coffee outdoors. In the bedroom overlooking the garden, you will not be disturbed by noise. The street in front of the house is a bicycle street.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

Our apartment, renovated in the style of the period of rapid industrial growth in Germany, is located in the middle of the silk flower city of Sebnitz. With 75 m², it offers space. In Sebnitz, everything is within walking distance and the bus station is only 300 meters away. Great hiking trails start very close by.
