This place was amazing and our group fell in love with the house of joy. Really appreciated the privacy and the uniqueness of the home. Only about 35-40 mins away from boating. Was great for a big group and would love to come back to stay again

Our stay was good, mother nature didn’t cooperate but that was not the responsibility of the host. Lightening struck a tree in the middle of the back yard but with a few hours of reaching out they had it all cleaned up. The pool had yet to be uncovered and prepared which was very disappointing as that was the purpose of our stay but the hosts were very communicative letting us know it was scheduled to be open the day after we arrived which it was but due to the cleanup needed we were unable to enjoy it. Outside of that all was well and the home suited our needs perfectly. The host addresses everything and did what they could to make everything right. I would recommend this as a good place to visit and spend quality family time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay for Our Family Reunion! We just spent an amazing week at this beautiful home in Springfield’s Historic Rountree Neighborhood, and it exceeded every expectation. I stayed here with my mom, sister, nieces, aunt, and uncle while in town for a family reunion, and this home was absolutely ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and truly has everything you could need—especially the kitchen. From the stainless steel double oven to the Whirlpool gas stove, full pantry of cooking basics, and every appliance imaginable, we cooked several big family meals with ease. The outdoor amenities were a highlight: we loved grilling out on the BBQ, using the flattop griddle, and especially relaxing by the pool. The kids had a blast, and we adults appreciated the peaceful setting and the smoker, which we put to great use. Check-in was effortless with the electronic code system, and host Sarah made everything smooth and easy wit

Our cousin reunion stay at The Stonehorse Ranch was absolutely wonderful. Most of us grew up in the country so the setting took us back to childhood memories. There were just enough bedrooms, plenty of kitchen space and amenities, and a wonderful family room with a dining space. Outdoor sitting areas and bbq grill made for great cookout experience. There were some wasps, as to be expected, and we tested our swatting skills to eliminate them with no problem. We loved the place, and have already reserved for next year!

This home is an unexpected gem in the middle of the city. It is spacious, updated and well stocked. The pool was perfect. The setting is serene and the smell of flowers wafted through the air while we gathered in the expansive outdoor area. This is an amazing home for a family gathering. Denise was professional and accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our time at "the cottage "!

Shannon was extremely kind and reached out to us multiple times before and during the trip to see how our stay was going. The house beyond met our expectations and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Country Living. Such a great space, and the wrap around porch is amazing with several well defined areas for conversation and relaxing.

We came all the way from Iowa on our motorcycle, and found exactly what they described. It was a wonderful quaint One bedroom home that was very clean and private! We immediately felt right at home!We were greeted with a booklet with our names and a motorcycle on it as well as a greeting on the chalkboard! Anytime we asked a question they got right back to us. We would 100% stay at this place again and would recommend everyone to go visit. It was reasonably priced and worth every penny! With wildlife galore!!

Really liked this location, 10-15 minutes from basically everything we wanted in Springfield (Nathaniel Greene park, restaurants, shopping, and Bass Pro) and a pretty quick drive down to Branson. The scenery behind the house is so nice - pasture, barns, and trees beyond that. The kids enjoyed the fenced backyard and patio area. The house itself is nicely decorated with a calming comfy vibe without feeling like a museum with too many breakable things (2 small children on our trip). Would definitely stay again.

Would love to have a vacation home like this of our own.

This AirBnB was A+. Exactly like the photos, very clean, easy to find, comfortable beds, smart TVs in each room, good shower, great private backyard, easy access garage and fire pit was stocked with lots of wood. Host was very accommodating to a change of date and also reached out to offer early check in. Fridge and cupboards stocked with a few snacks and drinks just in case. Gold standard property and stay, thank you!

We were there for softball and while other players waited in traffic, we drove (zero traffic) through beautiful countryside and past the best road names (Up and Down Road, Blackberry Road etc. ) and straight to the ballfields. If you need wifi, make sure you have a powerful hotspot (we were trying to watch live NCAA championship games one evening). The kitchen is AMAZING. It reminded me of my Grandma's kitchen growing up in a small town. There are some popular ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, creamer, coffee) for shared use and all truly every room is stocked with everything you could need. We built puzzles, cooked our meals, laughed and enjoyed the porch and incredible views. The touches of home and family were perfect. We would definitely stay again. This was our second time staying in this home and it was just as great as the first! Home was spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Host was flexible with our check out due to a later flight and always very quick to respond. Loved the addition of the arcade game! We will be back again 😆

this was my second year straight staying at this property and both times were PERFECT. I believe Christina would be available and ready if needed but I havent needed her either year, I believe that says alot! Im hoping to stay again same time next year

The house had everything we needed. The kids loved the ping-pong table. We had a nice stay!

This was close to the wedding we were going to. Very comfortable with plenty of beds and all the amenities we needed. If you need a place near Willard stay here.

The GOAT was just we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. Peaceful, private and enjoyed watching the baby goats. Super easy check in and communication with hosts was quick in response. Clean and quiet place to getaway but yet close to attractions in Springfield. Highly recommend Lanier and Teresa’s place, great place and great hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is so cozy and peaceful. The shower is hot, the kitchen is equipped, there are a few games and toys, warm blankets, and a washer/dryer. My girls loved their little bedroom upstairs, the huge backyard, and the park around the corner.

We had a great stay at this charming farm house. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. We just loved all the sunshine and plants in the upstairs library. Would definitely stay here again.

Justan was an awesome host. Very responsive to any messages and super friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway in the country this is a great spot! Our family really enjoyed ourselves and we told our friends about it!
