This is a fantastic house with a wonderful layout for multiple adults. The yard is secure once the security gate is closed so our dogs were safe. There are no visible houses, so it feels very private. It is very close to the highway so easy to get around. Sitting out on the patio, watching the Sun go down with the cool breeze made for a perfect evening. This is the kind of home I would love to own. We had a few missing amenities, but the host was quick to remedy it. This one is on my list for many visits to come

I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

Our employee really enjoyed staying here while working in DT Lodi. This home is exactly as advertised. Very clean and nice. Anthony was quick to respond when we had questions and he always took care of us. We would stay here again!!

I loved the backyard space, a very relaxing space. The close walk to Lodi Lake was a total plus. Great stay and great host! Thank you for making this trip to Lodi very pleasant and easy.

The location was perfect—just a short drive from my home and only 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants, making it super convenient for our group. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aranzu was an exceptional host, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. It was the ideal spot for our family to come together, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The house was just as described, if not better. I knew we’d make extra special memories in the patio area in the back of the house and we did exactly that. I was traveling for an extra special reason, from out of state and this home provided me with comfort and peace the entire time. The green room was absolutely stunning and the natural light made me feel all the more calm. I’d stay over and over again! Thank you Steven! We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful; Hillary is an excellent host; the property is super clean; and its location is perfect. Great restaurants, wineries, outdoor activities, Gold Rush history and unique shops are all close by.

I had a truly enjoyable stay! Vladi and Anita are the perfect example of what it means to be Superhosts. The unit is tucked away behind the main residence in a quiet area, and the private parking was a huge plus given the street can be a bit congested. The location is wonderful and just a short distance from a beautiful, forested park with walking and biking trails, perfect for a peaceful outdoor escape. Vladi and Anita thought of everything. From the detailed instructions provided to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was handled with such care and consideration that I never needed to reach out during my stay. They even checked in to make sure my arrival went smoothly, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others!

Mickey's place is within easy walking or driving distance to our relatives whom we visit regularly. Just the type of place we need, beautiful in the foothills, quiet and peaceful, and accessible to grocery or other needs. Mickey was very accessible, thanks for everything, Mickey -- we'll be visiting again!

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

Always appreciate staying at Don's place. It's easily accessible and clear instructions are given to help you not get lost. Two of the cutest cats roam the place and give you a warm welcome. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and I'd book again.
