This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Berry House. Glenn was a top host, very friendly and charming. He was on top of all communications and always had the right answer. The house was great. The indoor fire was v enjoyable and everything we needed was there. Generous supply of coffee pods, firewood kept us v comfortable. The sauna was much enjoyed though the pool was too cold.. I’m sure it would be a treat in summer. The dogs, Willow and Esther, were one of the highlights for our two boys. They had a great time. The highlight for the adults was the huge outdoor fire pit. Very special for a pre and post dinner chat.

This place was amazing. So clean and such a great location. I can’t fault the host she was so accommodating of my whole family including my small cavoodle who she made feel so at home. I would definately recommend this host and place and would stay there again if available.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Really nice place, quirky, different but super comfortable and relaxing. Not your average place which made it feel so much better. Would definitely stay here again. Bathroom was pristine and all extras you’d need. Shampoos soaps all well supplied. Kitchenette well stocked Ela was very polite easy to talk to and welcoming

1 Bedroom second floor apartment with water views

This is a fantastic place to stay when heading to the Newcastle area. Super clean and fresh. Beautiful view and deck to sit and enjoy it on. We find so many airbnbs are "strpped back" to the bare bones and we were so grateful for all the extras Tina provided. Just having containers, condiments and PLENTY of GOOD coffee makes such a difference. Its also so close to the ferry. We had a nice walk to and from the ferry terminal on Saturday and then drove down on Monday. Plenty of parking at the terminal and so much easier and cheaper than finding parking in town. It was so nice to be able to back into the garage to unload/ load luggage and have our rental car in a protected place. Laundry facilities are also a big plus when we're travelling for a while. We'll stay again for sure!!
