Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 meters from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 meters. In the bedroom, there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180x200 cm.

In the Florence apartment, you will find peace and quiet and relaxation in a small village with very beautiful surroundings, and it is located near the A7 (5 km) and A6 (8 km) highways. The rooms with 3 bedrooms are large and clean with new beds. You can comfortably spend time on the covered balcony from Spring to Autumn. The accommodation is located in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, close to the historic towns of Rothenburg ob der Tauber (10 minutes) and Dinkelsbühl. Nuremberg and Würzburg are not far away, each 1 hour away.
