Welcome to our brand new built little house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large deck with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and the marina. Close to the sea, individually but still in the community, at the top of a dead end street you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with jetties, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Nice bike and hiking trails. 10 minutes to Ljungskile, torp and Uddevalla c. 30 minutes to Näl, Trollhättan. Bicycle distance to Uddevalla c 6 km. Good bus connections to Uddevalla and Ljungskile. Silence, tranquility, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage(where I live) and a barn. At our place on northern Orust, close to Slussen you have the possibility to both take it easy and hang out. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest fields. Lillstugan offers glamping(a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

We, my partner, 2 children (4 and 6) and I, stayed at Eleonore's house for a week. A lovely, tranquil place with a really fantastic view! The house has all the comforts and very spacious. Nice bathroom. Wonderful terrace. The house is also a perfect base for trips. The house is high, so you have to go up a hill. But that was absolutely no problem. Recommend!

When we arrived, there was a roe deer in the middle of the road that had just given birth to a kid - it tells you everything about how quiet and undisturbed it is. The cottage is located on the rocks by the water - the view is nothing less than fantastic, and the morning sun on the terrace was pure enjoyment. Very friendly host and good facilities in the cottage. Definitely a place we would like to come back to.

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

Fantastic apartment(s). The view is priceless - whether behind or in front of the window. The modern TV has the Internet - our program simply took place outside, the view of the archipelago always different. The apartment itself: high-quality equipped with luxurious appliances (kitchen, bathroom...), at the same time cozy (bedding, beds...). We had a wonderful week in the lovingly self-built tiny house, also thanks to the bikes, which we were able to use for great tours. Thank you very much, Jonathan and Lena, and all the best to you!
