Your private apartment is directly facing Deer Lake Marsh with expansive Lake views from the balcony. Enjoy a romantic escape in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We are located located 3 miles West of Kettle Falls. We are less than 5 miles to Lake Roosevelt near the Colville Flats & minutes from the boat Launch in Kettle Falls. Marcus, Evans & North Gorge ..all of which are part of the beautiful 123 mile Lake Roosevelt. We are w/in one hour or less of Deer, Loon, and Waitts Lake. Only 30 miles from the ski mountain 49 degrees North. If you want to hike or ride horses, we are w/in minutes of the Kettle Crest trail…some of the most scenic trails around.

Cozy 640 sq. ft log cabin tucked up in the woods. Separate bedroom has queen bed. 200 sq. ft sleeping loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen. Gas fireplace. BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower) 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have a large people-friendly dog so No Outside Pets Allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

You will have your own dock with use of boats and fishing rods. We have hiking trails around the property with a small mountain top (what a view!!). It is a boating and hiking paradise! This is a wonderful place to relax and restore yourself. Sit on the shaded deck or hang out on the sun-soaked dock and wonder what you have been missing in your life.

Cougar Creek Cabin “Beautiful Country Views”

Rustic chic studio cabin (450sqft + a low-ceiling sleeping loft) set in an idyllic country setting. The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!

The Goods Farm - Tiny House Hunting Cabin

The tiny house includes a king size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, Propane BBQ, solo fire pit, 50' Wall mounted TV, Wi-Fi, Air-condition and Heating. A large RV pad with Water and 50 amp hook up is adjacent to the Tiny House and available for an additional fee. Turkey/quail/deer frequent the property. 2 tree stands, 2 blinds (each fit 3 people comfortably) 2 feeders running. Bird Hunting fee for your reservation is an additional $100 per person. 3D archery range is $25 per person.

Beach bums, boaters, hunters and fisherman alike will delight in this little slice of heaven.
