Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Stepantsminda

Salome was great host. We booked very last minute, she was responsive and asnwered all our questions quickly. Apartment is as described. We were group of 4, another bed was prepared for us upstairs. Before arriving our biggest concern was whether the apartment will be clean, and it did meet our expetations. Location is perfect, just 1min walk to main gondola. All restaurnats are around, supermarket and atm close. We had only two issues. Lift in the building was not working for most of the days we stayed, so carrying suitcases from 4th floor was a hassle. However, that is not something host can influence. Also, the internet was not working on the upper floor. Salome was very kind and offered to refund us for the price of local sim cards and sent us all instructions how to buy. I really appreciate that. Overall, our stay was fantastic and better than we expected. Big thanks to Salome who was always reponsive and genuinly caring that our stay is pleasant.

Отличное расположение квартиры, находится на спуске с трассы, до подъемника спускать 3-4 минуты. Много места для большой компании. Saba всегда был на связи. С окна вид на горы. Рекомендую!

Excellent value for money, 10/10 Comfortable apartments for a modest but large company. There is everything you need: a kettle, a stove, loads of dishes, a microwave, a nice bedding, two clean bathrooms with hot water. The hospitable owner was always in touch if there were any questions. Across the road from the apartments there is a large restaurant serving Georgian cuisine with reasonable prices. It’s a little far from the slope, but if you’re by car, this is a great option for you — it takes just 10 minutes to get to the slope. You can also ski/board down from the ski slope directly to the apartment. Recommend this place!

Inga byla velmi příjemná a se vším nám vyšla vstříc. Největší výhodou ubytování je blízkost sjezdovky a půjčoven lyží. Pokoj byl vybaven podle popisu včetně nádobí a potřeb na vaření.

Хочется от души поблагодарить хозяйку: заселение разрешили раньше, а выселение позже. В номере есть все необходимое и очень чисто. Из-за близости к дороге рекомендую брать беруши, чтобы фуры не мешали спать (дорога метрах в 10 от окон).

Отличное место,по отличной цене. Спасибо Nino за помощь в раннем заезде. Квартира оказалась даже лучше чем на фото, она простая но очень уютная и чистая. Много посуды,все для готовки. Очень удобно относительно подъёмников 3 мин.пешком. РЯДОМ много точек аренды снаряжения. В доме находятся 2 хороших ресторана, грузинская кухня и бургеры. В 2х минутах круглосуточный магазин,единственный на весь курорт. Отличный вид с балкона на склон.

It’s a great location next to the ski lifts with 24/7 shop, ski rental and several restaurants nearby! Apartment would probably be too small for 5 people, but is ideal for 4. It’s an old place, but it’s worth its money and there’s everything you need in it. We didn’t cook, but we used a microwave and a kettle, all worked fine. However, we preferred to keep food and drinks outside on the balcony instead of the fridge as it wasn’t cooling properly. Maybe we didn’t work our way with the heater first, it seemed to be working randomly, being hot or cold from time to time. Nevertheless, after a couple of first days it stabilized and was warming the apartment properly. George was always reachable online and a house lady was always present and ready to help. Thanks to both of you, it was a pleasure!

We really enjoyed our stay with Marine, she has a gorgeous family! Her husband drove to trust valley for a fair charge and picked us up after aswell. Beds were comfy, place was warm and she was lovely to communicate with! Definitely should stay here, extremely sweet. Kitchen fully exquisite aswell.

While I can't comment on the accomdoation I can on the host Nanuka. Due to very fair personal circumstances she couldn't house me but found me alternative lodging and was very helpful through the whole process. Alternative lodging was ace and Nanuka herself was also ace!!

I have been to many houses of Mtskheta-Mtianeti, I think this is the best place to stay, a great quiet place. I advise everyone.

Гостеприимный, просторный семейный дом. Из светлой опрятной комнаты открывается вид на Казбеги и монастырь святой Троицы. Очень радушные хозяева, было ощущение, что мы приехали погостить к родственникам. В доме есть ребенок, так что наши дети вместе играли в гостиной. Хозяин дома проводил нас на автостанцию и позаботился, о том чтобы мы не опоздали на автобус.

Natalia welcomed us so well! She prepared tea and snacks for us and gave us from her home-made compote! She was amazing. It was a very last minute booking and she came to get us so she can lead us straight to the house! Her kids are also very sweet. And you cannot find a better price in the area! Das guesthouse liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber alles da, was man braucht. Und das Bett war super kuschelig. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse kann ich nur empfehlen. Nina und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Es ist sehr familiär und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und ich werde ihnen ewig dankbar sein, dass sie mir mit meinem Auto und dem kaputten Reifen geholfen haben. Das war irre. Tausend Dank! 🙏🙏😊

В каком-то другом отзыве писали, что на самом деле квартира лучше, чем на фото - это правда. Отличная квартира, уютная. Чистое и приятное постельное белье. Тепло, объемный бак для горячей воды. Отличный вид из окна, близко до подъемника. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда. Из минусов: был грязный пол, по приезду пришлось подмести. В остальном все супер.

Eğer bir Hostede konaklayacaksanız Gudauri için en iyi konum ve seçenek olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Biz hosteli tamamen kapattığımız için ev gibi kullandık. 20 kişilik hostelde 6 kişi idik bu nedenle oturma alanı ve teras bize fazlasıyla yetti. Özellikle teras çok keyifliydi. Banyo vs tertemizdi her gün temizlik yapıldı. İsteyenler için snowboard kiralama ve bakım hizmeti de sunuyorlar. Seneye tekrar geleceğiz.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
