Family-friendly holiday rentals in Stepantsminda

I really liked the apartment, there is no wifi - this is written in the description, but there is a common one with weak speed . The location is lovely , there is a small shop in the next building , many restaurants , spar in 5 minutes walk. There is a spa in the building, for an additional fee , but very convenient especially with children. Plenty of parking outside the building. The lift is a couple of minutes away - a very big plus . We really liked it. The important thing is that the location on the map is not correctly displayed. But it's easy to find - you just need to check in to New Gudauri.

Trip for 6 nights. The view from the window is perfect, the most is sunrises, much better then in two other sides of this apart house, where you could see the other houses in 10 meters or the construction works!! Here you would see sun, mountains and slopes) Everything was clean, you’ll have the towels, bed linen, all necessary dinnerware. All communication with owner are with fast response. The house is near the slope, then in 200 m is the first lift wich get you to “time out” and other lifts. There is two restaurants in house and one in neighboring building. To get to new gudauri by lift, steps or taxi) For food: shops are only in new gudauri or near first lift, so an advice to buy food before, if you haven’t got a car) Finally, it’s nice place for riders, friends or small family.

tamara was a great host.. she was very responsive and kind. as for the apartment, we love the location and the convenience as it is in the center of the ski resort. we love it. the locker though it was just one.. was safe for our ski gears.

Good communication, fast reply messages, very helpful. By the way, its better to have 4WD, other wise going up to the hill is a little challenge. Recommend Tite!

Good place should come on season which is winter time but still April was good

My family and I have loved staying in this apartment. Where there is an amazing view of the Gudauri Mountains! The location is quite and peaceful. There are many shops near by within walking distance where you can get groceries. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Such as a fridge, washing machine, tv and a BBQ on the balcony. Valia and her daughter Vera were very helpful with any questions we asked during our stay. They provided a cot for our baby girl which was very kind and convenient! We highly recommend these hosts! 💚

Nice budget place to stay. 10min to chair lift. Ski in to door.

Small apartment, but there is all the essentials. Kitchenette. Warm, quiet, with water, there were no power outages. Wifi works great. Beautiful view of the mountains! This building and the next two restaurants are cheaper and more expensive. Great ski in and a little less convenient ski out. Downstairs there is a separate locker in the ski storage. Eduard was not there, but he was always available, and the managers Vaho and Maya promptly resolved all issues and gave all recommendations. At a modest price, the apartment is of decent quality!

Best location for skiing. The place is small and cozy, but has what you need for a trip. We enjoyed the views from the windows and eating out options. Supermarkets are within 3 min. The place has all the essentials for basic cooking (a microwave, a kettle, pots and pans, a stove). Myriam was very responsive and flexible. The security is in the building 24h. There's also a ski rental in the same building that we highly recommend - it was super easy to ski right out. The apartment is not very new, but it matches the description, it's warm and comfortable for a family and kids.

The apartment exceeded expectations. Located in an old Gudauri, 50 meters from the ski lift, you descend from the mountain directly to the entrance. Equipped with everything you need for life from towels to a huge amount of dishes, toaster, kettle, electric maker and even coffee machines. The apartment is much larger than in the photo, it was a very pleasant bonus. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, maximum 7. Check-in at any time, the keys are on guard, the hostess is a beautiful girl, always in touch. I would recommend it:)

Very closed to the ski lift, about 50m. A box in the -1 floor was provided to store the ski equipment, it is big enough for 2 adults. The room is worm, clean and the view of balcony is perfect. You will have basic equipment for cooking, just buy some material from the spar supermarket near the apartment.

It was a great stay! The view from the hut is mesmerising. Nino was super helpful and helped us with cabs and everything. Highly recommend it

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

We were there for the New Year's holidays, the apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, Christmas tree, candles, compliment and other buns! Even the Christmas wreath was the only one on our door..) Exit right to the hoist. Special thanks to hosts for their Georgian hospitality! I hope to come back here again!

Great location, lots of minor stuff that you need in the kitchen was there. The place was smartly organized and foldable sofa was good

Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.
