We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

Amazing villa with great amenities. Fantastic views open from the living room and the kitchen area. Outdoor terrace includes cozy sitting and dining areas, with outdoor kitchen amenities that include grill. Stepantsminda is just 10 minutes drive distance. Great place for spending slow and peaceful days. Communication with host was easy and fast. Check in process was simple.

We loved staying at Aleksi’s place. The views were amazing and the house was very well done, with the right amenities. Aleksi was always reachable and we did not encounter any problems at all. Strongly recommend.

Мы жили у дяди этой девушки, дядя Тамаз замечательный человек, мы были в другом коттедже в Казбеги. Очень красивое место. Летом тоже холодно. Готовьте очень теплые вещи и теплые носки и теплую пижаму чтобы спать.

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Giorgi is a very good host, quite responsive to our asks and solving whatever small challenges we faced. The house itself is in a beautiful village and the surroundings are mind blowing

a very nice apartment at a very good location, the only ski-in ski-out in New Gudauri. The apartment is full with cooking tools and a very nice kitchen. the shower was better than other apartments I stayed in in that building. the only downside was lack of small things like toilet paper, carbon bag etc', we got over those in The Spar that is a few minutes walk. I highly recommend going there

It’s a very cozy apartment in one of the best locations in Gudauri. The place is very quiet and the views are just incredible. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the balcony. Really enjoyed spending my evenings with a cup of tea there. German is a great host. He answered to all my questions, gave me some advices and travel tips, and was here to help me with every issue that I had. If you want to create the memories that last, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

Beautiful place, literally 70meters away from Gondola. Cozy. Warm. There is Spa on the -1 floor. Andro is a very kind and helpful host. Transfer, communications and everything was on the highest level. If I ever go back to Gudauri again, I will definitely book that apartment once again!

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

Internet com boa velocidade, Smart Tv na sala de estar, aquecimento em todos os cômodos da casa. A localização é conveniente com supermercados ha uma curta distancia a pé. Recomendo.

We had such a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful bungalow with a view! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the mountains was like a dream. 🏔️ The hospitality was outstanding — the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everything was super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. To top it off, the host even surprised us with a firepit as a gift, which made our evenings extra magical. 🔥✨ If you’re looking for peace, nature, and genuine warmth — this is the place. Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

The cottage is absolutely stunning. Waking up to surrounding mountains was amazing. Both beds have very good quality matrasses and bed sheets. The cottage looks just like in the pictures and was extremely clean. Its a nice place to get some rest. It's easy to hitchhike from und main street to stepantsminda. Two dogs were always on our balcony so we could not eat outside. Regardless of the beautiful cottage, Aniis communication was not exactly what I would have expected for this price. When I asked for the address of the house she told me to check in maps, but it doesn't show the road leading to the house, so we we're lost if we are at the right spot. She also didn't answer me with a number of a taxi driver which I asked. Only when our driver found out her number he was able to clarify some instructions. She then finally organized a transport to bring us to the cottage from the main street. But the transport was expensive, we paid way less when we organized a taxi ourselves.

Beautiful space! Everything is as the pictures. Place is very clean, well prepared and easy to find. Nino was super responsive, the internet is fast, and the kitchen has everything one would need.
