Amazing villa with great amenities. Fantastic views open from the living room and the kitchen area. Outdoor terrace includes cozy sitting and dining areas, with outdoor kitchen amenities that include grill. Stepantsminda is just 10 minutes drive distance. Great place for spending slow and peaceful days. Communication with host was easy and fast. Check in process was simple.

The place was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen is very good for cooking with full of equipments and we had a good time there :-) They are very helpful we feel like home

We loved staying at Aleksi’s place. The views were amazing and the house was very well done, with the right amenities. Aleksi was always reachable and we did not encounter any problems at all. Strongly recommend.

We had the whole place to ourselves which allowed for a cozy stay. Nodar and Giorgi are very welcoming and accommodating. The surroundings are amazing. Recommend!

Wonderful cabin in the mountains for those who appreciate coziness and comfort. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms – ideal for a large family or a group. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything is clean, neat and tastefully decorated. But most importantly – the atmosphere of privacy and stunning views from the windows: mountains, fresh air, silence… A real relaxation for the soul. The only thing is that in the cold season, the temperature in the house depends on the host, so if you like warmer, it is better to discuss this issue in advance. We were helped by a cozy fireplace, which created not only warmth, but also a special mood. Overall, a great place to come back to!

The apartment was perfectly as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, always available to answer our questions and give us great tips about the area. We recommend this property!

We stayed here for almost a week and we had a great time. The place is very spacious and every couple had their separate rooms. Its great that you also have two bathrooms. The appartment is located next to the gondola, which meant that we were there in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody visiting Gudauri.

the accommodation corresponds to the description. very cozy apartment, clean,warm can even be said to be hot, we slept with an open window, although the temperature was -15-20g. Everything you need is in the apartment. The gondola is 5 minutes away in ski boots, everything is nearby. Thank you Dacha for his apartment and response. I recommend this cute apartment to everyone.

Cozy. Stylish apartment by comparison to many of the other Redco Gudauri apartments in F4, F1 and F2 block. Great bed with lots of extra bedding for the pull out couch. The balcony has a perfect view of the ski hill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.

Victor is an excellent and accommodating host, he will do everything you feel at home. His apartment is in Lodge 1 in New Gudauri, close to everything there is a supermarket on the ground floor the main gondola a few minutes away, and there are restaurants and bars around. The apartment is excellent and has everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine, I had a great time in his apartment and I highly recommend it.

This place is absolutely perfect. It has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and toilet paper. The place is clean and warm. We never even used the fire place. The balcony is facing the sun in the afternoon making for the perfect after ski hangout. The place also comes with a ski locker which is downstairs oposite a ski rent inside the building. The host Sofi is also super friendly and arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Definitely recommend this place.

Great experience and rental here. Locating the unit was a little challenging, the building is currently still under construction so it was a little weird walking through floors with electrical lines hanging and elevator with wrapping still on it. The unit itself was almost flawless, all lights and electric worked as well as heat and plumbing. Comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen if you need that. Water cooler was not filled so did have to purchase bottled water (FYI). Overall unit was clean, organized and had a nice little welcome amenity included (bottle of wine, chocolate and stickers). Location is great in New Gudauri, close to Good Aura Gondola, with plenty of ski/snowboard rentals around, and plenty of restaurants. Overall a great trip with a nice comfortable apartment that can definitely sleep the 8 people as advertised with no issues.

Location is great. Right on the slopes. Lots of space. Had a great time!!! Only downsides are the matresses and pillows. Overall highly recommend!!!
