Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stepantsminda

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

For anyone who wants to be in Kazbegi this is the place to be. Private - clean - friendly hosts in a very quiet and peaceful area! Nothing more to say than 2 thumbs up for this AirBnB! Thank you for having us - it felt like home.

We loved staying at Aleksi’s place. The views were amazing and the house was very well done, with the right amenities. Aleksi was always reachable and we did not encounter any problems at all. Strongly recommend.

Nino was easy to communicate with and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were incredible! We would definitely stay here again, especially if we had a large group.

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Very nice cottage, ideal for a few nights in Stepanminsda. The only downside is the absence of curtains in one of the bedrooms. The one in the East…

Super comfortable place for stay and near is everything

Our stay was excatly as good as our precictions. The view from the apartment is outstanding. There is everything what you might need inside, also location is very nice and you can reach downtown within a moment. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wish we could come back and stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The cottage is located in the best part of Sno—yes, it truly is the best location. It’s quiet, isolated from neighbors, and perfect for relaxation. At night, you can enjoy a sky full of stars (especially during late-night walks), along with beautiful horses and donkeys roaming around. The view of Kazbegi is stunning 24/7, annd especially in the morning. We highly recommend booking this place!

Everything was fine, but they have different apartments and photos may differ from reality. Anyway, I was pleased with the room and staff

loseb was very helpful and supportive. I had booked at first 4 nights then decided to make it 2 nights and loseb was fine with this. The apartment is very clean and very good location.

Great place to stay , guram was a helpful person

This place is absolutely perfect. It has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and toilet paper. The place is clean and warm. We never even used the fire place. The balcony is facing the sun in the afternoon making for the perfect after ski hangout. The place also comes with a ski locker which is downstairs oposite a ski rent inside the building. The host Sofi is also super friendly and arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Definitely recommend this place.

just as expected and as seen in the pictures. would've been nice to have amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.... bed was comfortable and pillows soft, kitchenette was accommodating enough. will return if i have the option.

this was a dream! forst of all the communication was so easy ans smooth, quick response time. the cabin had everything we needed, it was cozy, warm,fully equipped kitchen and the gril outside was pleausre , we made bbq, there was everything needed for bbq, sotting areas, amazing views! i must say this is real escape from the city, also yhe village sno is super charming amd intresting. i reccomend it!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful. surrounded by Mountains. The full family is so welcoming and respectful. They all adored me so much. They treat me like a family member. Best part to stay and explore everything. I highly recommend you to stay here if you are planning to visit kazbegi.

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

We loved the house! The view to the mountains is simply mesmerizing! It's convenient to travel to where the hiking trails start. The neighborhood has a delicious restaurant. The house is very cozy, a lot of pleasant interior details, board games, there are all the essentials. The hostess is very pleasant, friendly, responsive. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful space! Everything is as the pictures. Place is very clean, well prepared and easy to find. Nino was super responsive, the internet is fast, and the kitchen has everything one would need.

this is a cottage that is much better in realitythan in the photos.It was fascinated by the views. what was the main thing for me is the cleanliness, which is completely kept in Jotej.I and my friends, we really enjoyed our stay there. recommend 100 %. thanks to the hostess for being so clean and warm🙏
