Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Nur wenige Schritte zum Schwarzwald, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Viele Wanderwege, darunter der bekannte Panoramaweg mit atemberaubenden Aussichtspunkten sowie die Geroldsauer Wasserfälle. Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Stylish suite in the heart of Landau

In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a bed of 1.60 m) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will appreciate the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Vacation home "Am Herrengarten"

Centrally located between the Palatinate Forest and the Wine Route as well as the Rhine and Alsace. The small but fine and cozy apartment "Am Herrengarten" is located on the outskirts of Ingenheim with views of the countryside. From here you can take great walks, go hiking and cycling. An extra garden house is available for storing bicycles.

Cozy apartment in a former winemaker's house

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
