Rainbows stocked but the avid fisherman may be lucky n snag a "Wild Brown" The Studio is a fully equipped, self-catering Cottage - Romantic setting, King size bed, Full bathroom with Shower & Jacuzzi Bath, fully equipped Kitchenette including microwave. No TV. Undercover braai facilities.

Spitskop Plaashuis With magnificent views over the valley towards the town of Lydenburg, Spitskop is ideal for guests needing to break away from the hustle of city life. This beautiful upmarket, semi double storey home offers a working farm experience with goats, sheep, donkeys and chickens roaming around. Although there is no fishing at Spitskop, this venue is perfect for hiking, cycling, reading, cooking and of course relaxing! Great fun to be had in the farm dam during those hot summers.

Sedgehog is a small family cottage, ideal for a family of four looking for a rural escape in the African bush. The cottage features one downstairs bedroom with a king bed and one loft bedroom with two single beds, while the spacious living area is perfect for family games night. Sedgehog’s concertina doors can be folded open to expose the entire living space to a gorgeous hillside view, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor. This cottage is pet friendly.

The 'Ultimate Escape' - Silo Lodge

African Leaves Trout Lodge is regarded as an excellent fly-fishing location, is a part of the ‘Zuikerboschhoek Bewarea’ and is home to wildlife that frequents the mountain range. There is a natural waterfall and 2 km’s of natural river running through the forest on the property. There are two houses situated on the property - Oak House and Silo Lodge. We are pet friendly for up to 4 small to medium sized breed dogs, which must be well trained.

Forest Dawn Lodge

Forest Dawn Lodge offers self-catering accommodation for 14 people in seven beautiful rooms. Five of the rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and two of the bedrooms have double beds. All bed linen and towels are provided. The three lounges offer the opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends. On cold winter evenings, one can socialise cozily in front of the log fires.

Kiepersol Cottage

Kiepersol cottage is an ideal weekend breakaway located on a working farm amidst hay fields, sheep, cattle & horses. We offer horse trail riding and there are marked hiking trails that extend to neighbouring farms. There are two dams which are stocked with carp & some bass which can be caught on a catch and release basis. We are off grid and run on solar power.
