Armando and Luisa’s place is so beautiful. It’s a perfect location for exploring the town of Taormina, very close to the cable car for beach access, and just across the road from the bus terminal. The views are exceptional and Armando and Luisa made us feel like home. They are so responsive and always available for anything you need. Would absolutely stay here again

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit weitläufigem Grundstück und großem Pool. Sehr ruhig und mit Blick auf das Meer und den Ätna. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Einzig die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein dürfen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Right from the start, our hosts went above & beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful first visit to Sicily. Our overnight flight arrived early in the morning, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, complete with a tour of the apartment’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and two terraces. They showed us around the building, made sure we knew how to access to the pool, and gave us clear instructions for how to get in and out of the garage and pedestrian entrances. They even went so far as to make dinner reservations for us that ensured our 11th wedding anniversary was spectacular and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of three, and they provided a crib and bed linens for our son. The terraces were incredible, with unobstructed views of the water. The air conditioning was also essential in the hot Sicilian summer. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina

Logement agréable et propre, très bien équipé, literie confortable, avec deux balcons dont l'un réservé à l'intendance avec accès depuis la cuisine. Notre voiture de location (Fiat Tipo) était trop grande pour bénéficier de la place de parking dans la cour de l'immeuble, mais nous avons toujours trouvé à nous garer sans problème (et gratuitement) dans la rue. L'appartement est un peu à l'écart du centre d'Acireale mais très proche de la mer (pas de possibilité de se baigner en cette saison), et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le sud-est de la Sicile : Catane (nous y sommes allés en train depuis la gare de Guardia-Mangano, à 5mn en voiture depuis la location), Taormine, l'Etna, également Syracuse et Noto (mais circulation un peu intense pour dépasser Catane). Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giuseppe mais il a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes, très clair dans ses explications et amical. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié ses cadeaux de bienvenue !

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view of the ocean and Mount Etna (my favorite view at sunset). Very spacious for my family of 4, and has everything that we need. The location is perfect for us to make easy day trips to Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina. Thank you Maria for helping us check in and showing us around the apartment. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to set up a homebase for exploring the east coast of Sicily!

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Eine tolle Zeit haben wir dort verbracht. Leider nur 2 Nächte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es war genau das was wir brauchten. Und es ist ein interessantes und beeindruckendes Projekt.

Massimo was an incredible host! He was available to answer questions as make recommendations and was extremely helpful in booking experiences for us. The apartment itself was gorgeous and the views were beyond words. Climbing up the mountain was a tiny bit confusing the first time up, but it became easier. There are many places within walking distance if you don't have mobility issues. The views were worth every penny! We would love to return immediately!

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, etwa eine Fahrstunde von der Ätna-Wanderung entfernt, rund 40 Minuten von der berühmten Bar Vitelli in Savoca und nicht weit von der Alcantara-Schlucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel – es blieb kein Wunsch offen. In etwa 30 Gehminuten erreicht man das sizilianische Restaurant „A Massaria“ – ein absolutes Muss!

Super séjour ! L'appartement est parfait et bien situé. Il correspond bien aux photos et dispose de tous les équipements utiles. Chiara est une hôte réactive. Je recommande.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. There were lovely places to eat and drink around the corner and we were able to walk to all the main areas. Thank you, Virginie!!
