The host was very helpful and responsive. Chiara was happy to give us recommendations for local restaurants. When we arrived, there was someone there to do a walk around, they showed how to use all the amenities - they also provided complimentary coffee pods, coals for the barbecue, and some bottles of wine - such a lovely welcome. The property was beautiful, and had the most incredible views. The pool area was perfect for cooling down in the hot sun. We went to visit a local vineyard, and did some wine tasting which was within driving distance, and the restaurants in town were family owned and only ten minutes walk away. Everything was perfect, we had the most amazing weekend - we can’t wait to book and visit again.

Het huis van Michael ligt boven op een berg met onbeschrijfelijk mooi uitzicht op heuvels en dal met overal wijngaarden. Waar heb je meer dan 180 graden uitzicht? Een heerlijk groot zwembad, omgeven door een prachtig aangelegde tuin op kleur en soort. Rondom het zwembad heerlijke ligstoelen en goede zonwering. Het huis zelf is deels een moderne uitbouw met groot terras met eettafel, aan een oude stenen boerderij. Twee slaapkamers, met eigen badkamer in een apart ‘poolhouse’. De keuken is compleet ingericht. We hebben er heerlijk gekookt en geBBQd. Fijne slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Stevige matrassen… Alles met Airco. Hoewel Cossano Belbo vlakbij ligt, is even boodschappen doen wel even rally rijden. Veel privacy.

We had a great time in Claudio’s Villa. The house and the surrounding is great. There are a lot of things to do in the area. Cycling (for people with powerful thighs), great food & wine, lovely landscape or just having a lazy time at the pool. The villa has everything you need for a joyful time, it is exactly like in Claudio’s description & images. Great place.

Mi sono fermato in questa struttura come "pied a terre" per una degustazione e una serata leggera con amici. Struttura centralissima perché situata nella piazza principale, dove accanto c'è il parcheggio più capiente del paese (e gratuito). L'accesso all'interno del palazzo e il cortiletto proietta già in un'atmosfera intima e raccolta, dove la host vi condurrà fino "in fondo del fondo" dei gradini percorribili, un trilocale all'ultimo piano. Grande pregio del posto è la quiete di cui si può godere in ogni stanza, che sia affacciarsi dalla finestra oppure stare in bagno, oppure, ancora meglio, sfruttare la terrazza privata che permette di gestire lo spazio per le funzionalità che meglio si preferiscono, una cenetta all'aperto, una lettura, una meditazione, osservare le stelle.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem traumhaften ruhigen Grundstück mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum relaxen und verweilen. Jimmy der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Fragen zu Ausflügen , Essenmöglichkeiten Jimmy hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Auch die Tiramisu die uns seine Mutter vorbeibrachte war ein Traum. Von der Ferienwohnung aus lässt sich das Piemont sehr gut erkunden. Auch Turin (45 Minuten )und Mailand (1:20 Stunde) werden schnell erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung kann zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist ein Traum - abgeschieden und ruhig am Berg inmitten der Weinberge und Haselnussfelder. Diego hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und sich super zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Er war immer erreichbar und hat extrem schnell geantwortet. Diego ist ein richtig toller und sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (es hat alles, was man braucht), der Pool verfügt über einen tollen Blick über das Tal. Für den Grill waren sogar Kohlen vorhanden und auch frische Kräuter gab es im Garten. Alles in allem ein extrem tolles Haus um entspannte und ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder.

Ester e Roberto sono persone meravigliose, discrete ma sempre molto disponibili, trasmettono l’amore che hanno per questo loro angolo di paradiso, come non condividere , un’ora da casa ma in un posto magico, immerso nella natura , tra le colline del Monferrato, l’interno della casa e’ altrettanto favoloso , rustico e ben curato, oltre che molto pulito! Torneremo sicuramente !

My wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay at Silvia's place. Check-in was easy and she was very responsive. The place was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The garage space for the car was a huge plus. It was only a short walk away. The location is great. It's a beautiful small town with numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and so much more.
