Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stavroupoli

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

דירה נחמדה מאוד. בית קרקע בשכונה טובה יחסית שיש בה המון מסעדות, בתי קפה וסופרמרקטים.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

House is clean and spacious, very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Host is great, very friendly and communicative. Big plus the cool breeze at night! Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Good news for motorcycle travelers - there is safe parking in the yard. The apartments are many times better than in the photo, very clean, everything is in pleasant, calm colors. There was a very pleasant smell in every room, as well as on the linen and towels. Excellent air conditioning and hot water in the shower. The kitchen has everything, we prepared food, everything is clean, comfortable, all the utensils are available. Comfortable bed, quiet area, so we had a good night's sleep. A very important detail is that there are nets on the windows. Sunny balcony with beautiful views of the well-kept garden. There are decent supermarkets in the area, and the center is 7 minutes by taxi. The owner is in touch via messenger and always helped, a very friendly and pleasant girl. с помощью камеры. Terrific location - great restaurants, grocery shops and cafés, made friends with all kinds of people, went on some nice walks around the urban area. Eleni is an amazing host, always thoughtful and responsive. Her guide books were easy to use, full of her personal recommendations and enthusiastic annotations by guests! Very clean and comfortable flat. We mostly self-catered and had no problem finding everything we needed at the shops right across the road. There are insect screens at all of the external doors and windows, full blackout shutters, air conditioning and doors out onto a narrow balcony wrapping around the flat. Plentiful hot water, perfect shower pressure and even a filter on the kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water. We had to work during part of our stay - the Wi-Fi speed is fine for downloading email but not quick enough for video calls. There is a nice desk in the corner as a dedicated workspace. All worked well. We hope to return very soon!

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

The noise from the street and from the neighbours could be heard but if you have earbuds or doesn’t mind everything else is great. The host answered quickly and apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a couple. The entire apartment is clean, the balcony is peaceful. It's located on a quiet street just over 10 minutes from the White Tower, from the port, close to all the shops and beautiful places like Agias Sofias and Aristote. The host is very accommodating!

This is a real find; a quiet spot in a busy city but only a 15-20 minute walk away from the main streets. Communication was excellent throughout. We were met by the hostess, who was lovely and friendly, and was very helpful. We were directed to the parking space and then left to get on with it which was great. We received some great recommendations and the apartment was super clean and so comfortable. We cannot recommend this enough!

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης, βοηθητικός και κυρίως πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει! Το διαμέρισμα μας άρεσε πολύ και νιώσαμε πολύ όμορφα στο χώρο. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο με λεωφορείο, κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης (μόνο 15 λεπτά περπάτημα). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!
