Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment looked according to the pictures,was clean and I felt right at home. In the kitchen there are all the necessary household appliances for everyday use. The airbnb is located in a side road of a well-traveled road, but you've heard little of the traffic. Communication with Ute was friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was clean and cozy, and the surroundings added to the tranquility of our stay. One small note: we were traveling with kids, and while they had a great time, their energy and noise might be a bit distracting for other guests as in the house there are other people living.

There were three of us in the apartment for almost a week. The fact that there are three separate bedrooms was ideal for us. They are arranged in such a way that you don't wake each other up when you get up at different times. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, which is also an advantage. The apartment is spacious and bright, not delivered with unnecessary stuff. Although it is an old building, there were no creaking floorboards. The house is located in the pretty place on a busy street, in the evening it was still a bit noisy with the bedroom windows open, but then nice and quiet at night. A bakery for the breakfast rolls is close by. Stefan has compiled important information, even illustrated, everything is explained from check-in to garbage disposal. He was always available if there were any questions, the communication was very nice and friendly.

Everything was just perfect. Heidi was super nice, the apartment was very nice and we felt very comfortable. You could park for free in front of the apartment and a bakery was almost directly around the corner. We will be happy to come back.
