We had a wonderful weekend. The house is sensational, very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is beautiful, spacious, cozy and extremely well cared for. We used the breakfast and cleaning service on one of the days, and we were attended by Michelle and Alcides, who proved to be caring, competent and very cordial people. The breakfast was delicious, with hotel pattern, and was served with great agility. From the arrival until the time of departure, we were very welcome. The communication with those responsible was always efficient, attentive and kind, which gave us total peace of mind. All guests were delighted with the experience. We already left planning our turn. The house is more than recommended. They were unique and very well spent days.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Communication was top-notch from start to finish—clear, fast, and super helpful. Ivan, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and safe—he even had a fence built around the pool just for our toddler’s safety, which meant the world to us. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-kept, and exactly as described. It felt like a little slice of paradise. Cristiane and Galego, the caretakers, were so lovely and welcoming, and their whole family—including their two sweet daughters—made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is a gem, and we are 100% coming back!

Perfect house in the heart of Pipa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience in this house was excellent from the first moment. The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes walk from the center of Pipa, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and, best of all, very close to the beach! We don't need a car at all. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and they even cleaned, which was a great plus. All beds are double, very comfortable, ideal for groups of friends or families. Mica, who greeted us, was super kind and attentive. Always available to help us with whatever we needed, from check-in to local recommendations. As a special treat, they gifted us tickets to a samba night at the Agora, a truly fun and unique experience. I recommend this house 100%. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful! The strong point is the paradisiacal view which brings mta peace and well-being! The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a stay of comfort. The place is perfect for those who want to rest in a practically desert place and with a breathtaking view! The weaknesses are q is not a good beach for bathing, there are many stones and access to it is not at all accessible, although deserted and paradisiacal! The double room shower did not come out hot water and the pool was dirty and with some leakage, as it greatly lowered the water level during our stay.

The hosting was spectacular. The details of the cleanliness of the room and in leaving new loofah and clean cloths show great care for guests.

Casa da Ponta is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms are comparable to 5 star hotels. The visual is, without a doubt, one of the most privileged in the region. One of the highlights is the service provided. Staff super well prepared and competent. Nayana, house manager, is super kind and prepared to assist in the home experience as a whole. The owners are also extremely generous in receiving. The house is an excellent choice for the most demanding groups looking for an exclusive and private experience on the best beaches in the Northeast.

Very organized condominium. Cozy, organized, practical… utensils and appliances. Our stay was perfect. Viviane is kindness in person, always attentive and super proactive. I recommend to everyone… children, elderly, family, youth group. We love the house.

We stayed here as a group of 9 of us and we all absolutely loved our stay! From the beautifully designed property that offered everything we needed and more (clean rooms, comfy beds and hammocks, nice amenities, great pool) to the amazing location (close to the Ponte do Rio Tatuamunha and a 2 mins walk to the beach), and finally the above and beyond hospitality we received during our one week stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, organised and over all super lovely! They made sure we were always taken care of, helped us organize some tours and even prepared an amazing goodbye breakfast for us. We would 100% recommend this little slice of heaven on earth to everyone and anyone looking to spend a relaxing time in Milagres.

The women of my group have missed at least one full-length mirror. Aside from that, everyone loved Alexandre's space. The flat is very comfortable, with spacious environments, especially the rooms. Beds are comfortable and there were towels left. Showers are strong. There is a BBQ on the porch and a large brewery in the living room. The kitchen is equipped. The condominium in which the property is located has everything you need, from a convenience store to a restaurant, which together have everything you need not to leave the complex, unless you want to. There is a condominium directly on the beach, where, in the morning, the staff of the condominium Arma many hombrelones, each with some chairs and a small table. As if that wasn't enough, this concierge is about 75m from the so famous Igrejajinha de Carneiros. Finally, the sea opposite varies between the green and the transparent, being ideal for children, given the absence of waves. That's it. Alexandre's place is guaranteed satisfaction!

The house is a spectacle, extremely comfortable and perfect for leisure/rest. In the photos the house is sensational but in person, the house is really fantastic, complete with all kitchen, bed, table and bath items, comfortable beds, extremely quiet (which helps a lot are the doors/windows being sealed against noise which improves the acoustics of the rooms). Manoel, who welcomed us, is an extremely helpful, proactive person and makes everything happen to meet everyone's needs. We had problems with the internet, air and hydraulics, and they were quickly resolved in a matter of hours. We will definitely be back to enjoy this magnificent house, I highly recommend it to everyone and there will be no regrets.

My family and I felt at home. The place is wonderful and Adeide made our stay impeccable by indicating also the Octavia who took care of our breakfast and lunch. We love the stay and will be back soon. 😃

A paula super attenenciosa, the house matches all the photos of the advertisement, condominium pe in the sand, super quiet, swimming pool always clean with swimming pool going during the stay to do the cleaning, the Edna of cleaning super fine and helpful people, I loved the stay and I want to come back more often!!

The property met 100% of the expectations. The listing's description and photos are over. All rooms tastefully decorated. All clean. Clean and functional kitchen integrated with living room, balcony and garden. The garden area with the pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Sofia, the hostess, gave us all attention during our stay, worrying about our well-being. His housekeeper, Fabiana, who is native to the site, is a lovely person, giving us all the support daily. Anyway, they were very fruitful days, with tranquility and rest. It's well worth it !

Jefferson's house is simply: wonderful! My group is super picky and I have a list of things to do. Everyone was delighted. Very spacious rooms, strong showers with hot water (except for one that was giving a shock - already reported), very comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with utensils that we don't normally find, closets in the rooms, hangers, sheets, towels and blankets available. And the outdoor space... guys! What was that? Anyway, we would spend a month there enjoying... On the beach, we took a light walk, and we were lucky enough to catch a little pool on both days! Thank you very much, Mr. Alselmo and Jefferson. See you soon, as I intend to return soon!

Sérgio was a great host, he communicates carefully and precisely, giving tips about the beach and local shops. Davi, the caretaker, was super polite, giving all possible support for the house, tours and cooking tips. Each one is very beautiful, my family and I were delighted, very comfortable and quite wooded, with a beautiful centenary cashew tree in front of the house, with several fruit trees, we felt very relaxed and safe. Special highlight for the outdoor area of the house, with a pool on the beach. Whoever did the house and all the environments has a lot of taste. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful place, a spectacular view, an unforgettable stay. The house is simply fantastic. The pool is too beautiful. Marco is an available and reserved host, he lives in a small house at the entrance of the Residence, it is very far from the house where we are staying, the stay is in peace and nature. Marco's presence is good for any help a guest may need: he rents a quad bike, organizes a buggy ride, he's also a chef.... So thank you Marco for introducing us to your Paradise, we'll be back!!

Our days in Melbliss were amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Everything was perfect and Chris welcomed us well with great tips on tours and restaurants. Wake Up with this view is invigorating! The pools are beautiful and the perfect location! You can walk to Xepa Street. We will definitely stay here again when we return to São Miguel do Gostoso. What a wonderful trip! Everything exceeded expectations! Thank you Chris.

I recommend the super organized, clean (super fragrant bed and bath linens) and functional house with all the utensils we needed, including the helpful employee who left everything ready with a table set for our meals. Heated pool that we used at night as well. Wonderful condominium. All communication with the owner was punctual and helpful during our stay...We will return and recommend it to everyone.
