We had an amazing stay, beautiful house, very accommodating for our large group. The beach being a very short walking distance was the cherry on top. I felt very safe and the cook and cleaning lady were also so kind and wonderful and helped make our stay even better. We felt so well taken care of! Allan checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible with us at check in. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to book.

The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. Casa de Letícia is wonderful, a very fine decoration, the beds, sheets, bedding super comfortable The kitchen is very well equipped Totally very comfortable, we were two couples and it was fantastic I highly recommend this property Thank you, Letícia, for making this little piece of paradise available.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using Airbnb. The location corresponds very well to the images. The person responsible for receiving us, Silvana, did it very well. The neighborhood is quiet and Taty is an excellent host, polite and very kind. The outdoor area of the house, the barbecue space and the swimming pool are a great differential, the view of the sea enchants day and night. Casa da Taty will certainly be on our next itinerary.

What a stunning place! It’s just as beautiful as the photos! The location was absolutely perfect for us. The house is only a 10-minute stroll to the beach, which feels almost like a private getaway because it's so cozy and small. We even got up early to catch the sunrise, and it was truly magical! A huge shoutout to Aline for making everything so organized for our stay. She was super quick to respond to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed. This spot will always hold a special place in our hearts, especially since I got proposed to here! We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

The stay at the residence of Mr. Alfredo, by the sea, was simply wonderful. A charming place, perfect for those seeking rest, tranquility and the privilege of being in direct contact with the beauty of the sea. The gentle breeze, the sound of the waves and the incredible view make every moment special. I couldn't help thanking Mrs. Francisca too, who welcomed us with such kindness and attention. Our reception was excellent and made all the difference in our experience. A true paradise to relax and recharge!

This house is worth every penny. It is exactly as it is in the description, if you doubt even much better. I've been to Icapuí three times and this was undoubtedly the best house I've ever stayed. Comfortable, very clean, has everything in the kitchen that's needed. Sitting down, near the beach, brings some differences in the routine, you only climb the buggy or the staircase, it is important to take inputs and plan in relation to the climbs. It has a Freitas market that delivers the shopping in its own house and on Saturday there was also a boy selling fish, shrimp and lobster on the beach in front of the house as well. We made the boat trip with RD, too good people and Felinho, it was the one responsible for the buggy that took us for the tour and for lunch, super sweet and good people too! It is well worth trying your stay in Picos near the beach! You can go without fear.

our stay was excellent, we were sad not to be able to extend the trip! the house meets everything it promises, very well prepared and comfortable, the environment is wonderful, safe and super private! It is only important to pay attention to the paths that the map indicates, we took one that almost got us stuck, but when we learned we had no more difficulty. Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! The hosts of the house are great people, they are super attentive, left nothing to be desired, we will come back more often!
