I could not go with my family, we had family problems, so unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of going to enjoy the excellent space of Vanessa, we were very sad that we could not go. Vanessa is a wonderful and very kind host. I hope I can at another time go with my family to enjoy this li of the city. Thanks for everything.

Our stay was great, the place is really small but it meets our need well since we did not travel to stay inside the ap all the time. The only thing we missed was a television, especially for my parents who are older and like to watch newspaper and soap opera in the morning and evening, is the suggestion but the place is very quiet and familiar, the pool is great, my son has enjoyed a lot

Nira's space is designed in every detail to please the client in their stay. The location, the cleaning, the kitchen utensils, the fast internet with Smart TV, the linen and towels, the common space of the barbecue, the sauna, the pool and an ice machine that breaks a good branch for the boys are excellent. In addition, the location is next to the shortcut street, which greatly facilitates access to the beach in a quieter area. We highlight to the host for the speed in the answers and always requests to meet our needs, it is worth every penny spent, it really was very good.

Great condo. Efficient room service. Comfortable and cozy apartment, with a beautiful view of the coconut grove, we watch the sunrise and the moon as well. Adelina is a great host. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice place near everything market bar etc

The flat matches exactly what is written! We went in 3 people (1 couple and one child), but they comfortably fit 5 people. Extremely clean, super-equipped kitchen with great utensils for the stay - to eat at home. The condominium is quiet and great for rest. Clean pool, available and kind staff. Wanderson was a great host by being accessible and responding quickly. It exceeded our expectations! For sure when we get back to Alter we'll stay in Wanderson's flat.

From the beginning before booking, the host Clauber was very attentive and kind. After entering the house we were very pleased with the place, the cleaning, the check in was very practical, we entered without any problems, all the items that were talked about were totally impeccable. Clauber has always been very quick in the answers and has removed all the questions about what we need. Do not be afraid, whoever makes a reservation in this place with this host will not regret it because what he says in the description is still less than what one can expect, all very fantastic.

The stay in the accommodation of your Waldeolour was great, quiet, the location is excellent, it is a gated condominium, which left us very relaxed in the security item.

I can't imagine a better location to stay in Belém. Everything was close, I spent little on Uber. It was close to pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I did everything on foot. In addition to being close to the Peace Theatre and also to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth. It is next to a 5-star hotel, and I found the streets safe in the vicinity. The apartment is very large, great for being with the family. There were pastries and liqueurs waiting for us as a courtesy. Vera also left drinks and food available in the kitchen, and the table of values if we need it, all with fair values. The apartment is super ventilated, but also had air conditioning in all the rooms. At the end of the stay we need to leave the suitcase somewhere since our flight was the night, and Vera helped a lot, always responding quickly. If I return to Belém, I intend to stay there again.

SUPER SMELLING towels and bedding!!! Accommodation complete with household utensils, all organized, I felt a lot of whim and love. Near downtown, I indicate!

After 4 years of staying at the city's Resorts, I was looking for a less noisy and bustling space. I also wanted a full, well-equipped kitchen to make the meals and snacks I wanted. This property is wonderful! The house is generally well decorated and cozy. The bedrooms are super comfy and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The living room has a large TV and we were able to enjoy the Oscars and family cinema sessions. A very important thing for those who go to the beach, is that there is a washing machine and clothes on the balcony. All good! The pool area/barbecue/sauna is very nice and we enjoy everything. I felt blessed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Thanks for all, Bruno! We'll be back soon.

Luciano's space is very beautiful, nice and comfortable. The photos perfectly match the ambiance. The building is very well located, with a large supermarket just 20 meters away, and the view is wonderful. My stay was perfect, and I highly recommend the space!

Excellent apartment, with good infrastructure. You can see the owner's care with the place, since we were provided with an environment with brand new planned furniture, as well as a very clean and functional apartment. The owner complied with everything proposed in the advertisement and was very attentive and helpful. In addition to all these characteristics, the condominium has a doorman, which gave me much more security. The location of the property was also essential, since I had to travel to several points and the Uber was not so expensive.

Fantastic stay. A 7 min walk to a very nice grocery market. Great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Ruy was very responsive and helpful.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Márcia and her husband were very kind and caring to us, because we needed to advance the check-in time and she was able to release it earlier. We also needed to leave a little later and she let us stay in the apartment. The building has a very good leisure area, everything is organized and the residents are also very kind. Supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby and for those who like to walk there is an avenue with a very wooded central lane.

GREAT STAY, I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.
