The place is very nice, the house is spacious and has a wonderful view. They will drive to get there but it is well worth it. Highly recommended.

I can start by saying that I was only able to go thanks to Rodrigo's understanding and kindness due to a change of schedule on the hour that led to the reduction of the initially intended days. The house is excellent, had everything we needed for great days of lodging, comfortable, free area, near the center, and a house in the center without hills and easy access, which the car goes to the door to unload is ideal in Igatu. The place is gorgeous, were excellent days that can easily be repeated. Thanks again, now publicly, to Rodrigo for all kindness and flexibility, you were Exceptional, thank you!

Patrícia's house is beautiful as well as in the photos and located very close to the village (right at the end of the villa you will arrive at the house). O Toninho that received us was very attentive and available! The house is well-equipped, it has a hot bath and all the basics kitchen utensils! We will definitely return!

Quality internet for working in the home office. Quiet location, with options for tours nearby. Parking space that accommodates large cars. The location is also a great differential — outside the center, in a wide, wooded area, with a beautiful and quiet landscape, ideal for those looking for quiet and contact with nature. We booked with this place because the place is simply fantastic. The pictures really don't do the house justice – it's an oasis of peace, with an eye for detail in everything, both in and around the house. It offers plenty of privacy and is maintained and cleaned with a lot of care and love by "the neighbors" – a somewhat older couple that we only saw for a while in the five days we were here. The description says there are two dogs, but we only saw one (Yoeri). And what a sweetheart! A quiet, gentle dog who hasn't barked at all during that time. The area is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest village, half of which runs on a road that is not very easy to walk. Still, it was fine – we didn't need a 4x4. Precisely that secluded location gives the place that special feeling of silence and tranquility. In short: we'd love to come back!

It's a very special place. If you really like nature, you will love it. Close to the sea and surrounded by nature: the sound of the cicadas at sunset. You live the rhythm of nature, the tide comes to the door of the spacious garden and when it retires, you find a spacious beach in front of the door, usually visited only by you. The village of Morro de Sao Paulo, the international tourist highlight with well-attended beaches, restaurants, bars, discos and all kinds of shopping, is half an hour's walk from the house, following the beach to the east. If you follow the beach in the other direction for 8 minutes, you will find less sophisticated bars and restaurants, and in another 20 minutes you will reach the village of Gamboa with small supermarkets and restaurants on the beach. Jose from the Canary Islands, who speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, looks after the house and grounds and has been very helpful in all situations.

New and well-preserved house, very well-preserved and quality kitchen utensils, full kitchen, bed linen and bath towels were excellent. Description and photos presented reflect reality. Pleasant space, we will return more often.
