Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink (summer) & nice yard. BBQ available if requested in advance. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

We offer a Noon checkout time, so you can sleep in and relax before traveling! Enjoy the Hot Tub! You will be close to downtown Meridian, walking distance to bars and restaurants! The full kitchen has luxurious granite countertops, and marble backsplash. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed & TV. The living room has a full size bed & two twin beds. A portable crib & highchair is available. RV Parking available.
