For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides, and nature experiences in the Mölltal valley – even for just one night. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance.

Our Waterfall View Suite has a 49 m² living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. In the Belle Époque house built in 1895, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the famous waterfall right in the historic city center of Bad Gastein. As the starting point of the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar with a great sun terrace invites you to enjoy exquisite drinks.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.
