Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. A quaint newly renovated home at the end of the cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood just 31 miles of Charlotte Douglas airport, many colleges as well as plenty of retail shopping stores. Sea Life Aquarium is only 10 miles from the house as well as the Charlotte motor speedway complex. There is also many wineries and breweries as well as a pleather of restaurants, or prepare and enjoying a meal at the home . There is plenty of hiking and nature trails minutes for the outdoor enthusiast.

Weddings, receptions, family reunions, and all family events welcome at NO extra cost! On 20 acres with an 1100 sqft covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. We have event parking next to the house that holds over 40 cars!
