Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Welcome to our charming 2-room apartment at Kunsthof Stadlberg on the 2nd floor. A welcoming atmosphere under the sloping roof awaits you. Convenient kitchenette, dining table, comfy sofa. Separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet. Balcony is currently in need of repair, craftsman is hired. Available on request for a worry-free start of the day. In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

This small idyllic gem is located on the adjacent Bavarian Forest. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.

The fully equipped apartment consists of two separate rooms, connected to a wooden staircase. Stylishly furnished with a new kitchen and a dining room table. As a sleeping option for two/three people there is a fixed bed (1.40 m) and a pull-out couch. There is access to the large garden, with covered seating on the Koi.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
