Villa holiday rentals in Stair of the Turks

Vicky’s place was stylish, comfortable, clean, and like home. A short walk to the beach was easy. If you have a car there is secure safe parking on site. The roof top was great for views and to sit and relax in the evening and second umbrella up top would have been a great way to spend an afternoon shaded from the sun.

Séjour très agréable au bord d'une magnifique plage, qui est au pied de l'immeuble. Il faut savoir que le logement est très proche de restaurants et de plages privées. Ce qui signifie beaucoup de monde le week-end. Mais le soir tout est calme après 19-20h. Pas de musique intempestive. Et la plage est suffisament grande pour trouver un endroit tranquille. Le logement proposé dispose d'une petite cour au rez-de chaussée et d'un jardin ou prendre le frais. De plus On est proche de la magnifique vallée des temples, (20 minutes en voiture, entrée Est à prendre absolument). DOnc une bonne situation.

"Che casa magnifica". La beauté des lieux n'a d'égal que la générosité de nos hôtes. Nous avons bien apprécié leur soutient tout au long de notre séjour. Ce fut un ŕéel plaisir de séjourner dans ces résidences familiales de bord de mer. un séjour que nous garderons en mémoire longtemps. une expérience que nous recommandons vivement et qui nous rappelle nos premiers contacts dans l'esprit des AirB&B.

We loved our stay at Piera’s place! It is spacious, extremely clean and there is a great cooling system so that it’s always pleasant inside, despite the heat. The kitchen is fully equipped, and large, with immpecable cookware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Piera and Jay made sure we had delicious brealfast every morning by providing fresh and warm croissants, and we also had a chance to try some home made pizza and delicacies from Sciacca. It was a huge pleasure talking to Piera and Jay, and we also met their lovely dog Bix which made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommens this villa for couples, but also families with kids!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern (4/7/10) verbracht und können das Haus insgesamt empfehlen. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut fair. Für Kinder gab es Poolnudeln, Bälle, eine Luftmatraze und Netflix. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir bei Anreise nicht ein Bett hätten selber beziehen müssten, waren aber für die beiden Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank dankbar. Leider war es unter der Woche sehr laut, da der Nachbar gerade einen Pool baut und somit ständig Lärm da war. Signora Vita war sehr freundlich und stets bei Fragen verfügbar. Besonders empfehlen möchten wir euch die Bäckerei L'arte de Pane in Menfi sowie die Gelateria Mozart in Castelvetrano. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in Menfi und ein Auto ist ein Muss. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass die Bevölkerung hier prinzipiell kein oder kaum Englisch spricht, aber google translator hat hier geholfen. Und unbedingt Autan mitnehmen, die Mücken plagten uns ganztägig!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub , die Unterkunft war nicht so einfach zu finden , dennoch waren vollkommen zufrieden , wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde sogar ein Abendessen zubereitet , Gastfreundschaft 6 von 5 Sternen . Das Haus war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet , ein paar Makel hatte das Haus schon , im Beispiel eine sehr kleine Badewanne , ausreichend für Italiener , aber für größere Menschen ab 1.65 eher weniger geeignet . Dennoch würde ich die Villa jeden ans Herz legen der Natur liebt und gerne draußen sein Essen grillt . Gerne wieder !

Die Villa in Porto Palo ist absolut paradiesisch! Die Unterkunft ist privat und ruhig gelegen, die Aussicht traumhaft und der Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (wenn auch einige Höhemeter zu überwinden sind). Besonders toll war für mich die Küche im Außenbereich, die gute Möglichkeit eine Hängematte zwischen den Bäumen anzubringen und und das Gefühl am Morgen auf die Terrasse zu gehen und das Meer zu sehen. Mauricio ist ein kompetenter Gastgeber, erklärt die wichtigsten Dinge kurz und verständlich, ist stets erreichbar und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele in der Gegend.

This place has a beautiful view! It is a short drive from all major attractions in the area. You could walk to the beach as well though there are hills. The place itself is very spacious and the balcony is great. We loved hanging out outside. There is a private driveway if you are renting a car. I would recommend for people staying in the area.

Wonderful stay! We didn't meet Cristina, but she was extremely helpful and responsive in the airbnb chat. We did meet friends or relatives of hers who let us in, showed us around, and they were lovely - we had a little hug at the end!! We stayed 3 nights to visit Agrigento and the temples. One thing I have to say is that the house itself is amazing. It is far nicer than the photos might suggest. It is full of interesting, quirky, quality pieces of art and furniture. The pool is also lovely - truly peaceful and private, and there is always a corner ready to give you shade. Thank you for the stay!! Dave, Romana & kids

Prachtige locatie, mooi appartement en fantastisch zwembad. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer en dame. Op de laatste dag(zondag) had onze zoon oorontsteking en werden we verwezen naar specialist. Kortom geweldige vakantie

We loved our stay with Jaana and Nicolas. Jaana was such a lovely host, who was always available when we needed something and gave us proactively extra tips. The house and garden are like a paradise, we absolutely loved the pool especially our 3 year old son since the entrance is very shallow. Everything is done with so much love and taken care of so extraordinarily. If you want an apartment that exeeds your expectations, this is the place to go. We even got a breakfast, wine and some other groceries for the first day. The kitchen is super equipped since we also cooked there. Thank you to Jaana for making our stay such a perfect experience.

La maison était impeccable, fidèle aux photos. Nous avons eu un séjour très reposant dans ce lieu idyllique! Nous étions une famille de 7 personnes (3 générations) et avions suffisamment d’espace. C’était super d’avoir une salle de bain complète dans chacune des chambres, beaucoup d’intimité. La vue sur la mer est imprenable. L’hôte est très réactif ainsi que la personne à qui il confie la gérance de la résidence. Ce fut un séjour parfait et nous y retournerions sans hésitation. Parfait pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité.

très bien, propre nous avions 3 chambres dont 2 avec de grands lits et 3 salles de bain parfait pour avoir son intimité. terrasse ombragée , 2 piscines, en mai seule celle chauffante était ouverte comme il y avait très peu de personnes cela suffisait . conforme aux photos .

Giovanni’s place is good if you are travelling as a family and ideal for people who wants to stay near the beach. Very good amenities and the pool was a bonus especially if you don’t want to explore but just want to stay and lounge by the pool. Very clean and easy access.

We had a lovely time in San Leone. It was a lovely clean house and Annamaria was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed. The house was ideal for exploring the temples and the local nature reserve, with lovely restaurants only a short walk away. Great house, great host. Thank you Annamaria.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The view from the villa each morning was simply breathtaking - an amazing way to start the day. The rooms are very spacious, providing plenty of comfort. We also loved the peaceful location of the villa, it was a perfect place to relax. For dining out and shopping, we drove into the city with our rental car, which worked out perfectly. The homeowner was extremely accommodating and helpful in every situation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this villa.

We found Antonio’s house very comfortable and peaceful for our group of 8. A car is necessary to visit the surrounding attractions.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

Je zal helemaal ontspannen in deze villa! Er is een prachtig uitzicht en je zit helemaal rustig. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en 1 peuter, waarvoor er gemakkelijk een babybedje kon voorzien worden. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken en de buitenkeuken is zeker een troef. Er werden lakens, handdoeken en zwembadhanddoeken voorzien. Het zwembad is gigantisch!

Had a great stay at this villa with a friend. It’s exactly as described/what you can see in the pictures. It’s a big, open plan, modern space with a beautiful pool/garden surrounded by vineyards - very peaceful. The nearby towns were pretty deserted - very few restaurants, no bustling high street/town squares etc. So if you’re looking to have regular meals/drinks out, this place might be a little too isolated for you. However, if you’re looking to just chill, cook meals in, hang out by the pool during the day, some peace and quiet, then this place is perfect. You definitely need a car whilst staying; getting from Palermo Airport took 75min (easy drive), the closest large supermarket is about an 8min drive away (in Menfi) and we even took a trip to Taormina (3.5 hour drive) for a night during our stay. Peppe (the owner) was lovely, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the villa and was on hand for any questions we had. I’d visit again, for sure.

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie neuwertig und an einer Top Lage! Man ist sehr schnell am Meer (ca. 2 min zu Fuss), das Meerrauschen ist auch um das Haus und am Pool hörbar! Es ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria und Antonino sind äusserst zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Sie hatten uns viele schöne und kulinarische Orte empfohlen, welche wir auch besucht haben und wirklich die Erwartungen übertroffen haben. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez les Montalba! Un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers; l'appartement est agréable et fonctionnel et la terrasse attenante un réel plus (superbe coucher de soleil), sans oublier la superbe piscine ! Mais c'est surtout l'accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la famille qui rend l'endroit unique! Merci à eux!

La maison et les aménagements extérieurs sont confortables et bien conçus. Le carrelage frais de la maison doit être particulièrement agréable en été. Lorsqu'il fait plus frais, hors saison, nous recommandons de prévoir des chaussettes ou des pantoufles. La piscine est aussi très agréable et la vue est imprenable. L'hôte est particulièrement réactif, agréable et flexible. Nous sommes par exemple arrivés plus tard que prévu sans que cela ne pose problème. En somme, un excellent séjour.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war unkompliziert und freundlich, und der Check-in lief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – ob für ein paar Tage oder länger. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.
