Lovely apartment in Connewitz

You will like the old villa with garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the local recreation area of the Leipzig residents 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. The tram stop lines 9 and 11 as well as the S-Bahn Connewitz with direct connection to the city center, the train station and the airport can be found within a five-minute walk of the property.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential neighborhood of Halle. In 20 minutes' walk or just under 10 minutes by tram you are in the city center. On foot it is only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, The apartment is cozy and individually furnished, but not crowded.
