We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

This triplex, that amounts to a five bedroom, 4 bathroom house worked exceptionally well to accommodate my three friends and me…All appliances worked well and we literally did not have any problems whatsoever … it is a Very safe location way up in the mountain; so safe was it that we never had to be concerned about locking the doors, day or night… I recommend this location without reservation! I’ve stayed at a variety of Airbnb properties in St Thomas and Haagensen House is my favorite for its uniqueness and privacy. The property manager, Harold, met me near the airport to ensure I found my way - I encourage future renters to do the same as nav systems can be spotty on the island. The decor was refreshing and nailed the old town vibe of Charlotte Amalie - I loved the colors and wood details throughout. The entry garden is breathtaking and the expansive patio overlooking the water was such a pleasant surprise - I couldn’t believe it was all mine. The AC in the bedrooms worked well and at night, there was a nice breeze if you kept the doors open in the main space. The hosts are the NICEST people!! I travel with my small dog and finding dog friendly accommodations in STT is very difficult. We were welcomed with open arms. They were so thoughtful, following up to make sure we were settled okay and didn’t need anything. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality

This place was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need for your beach getaway. The pool was nice. The panoramic views were breathtaking. Plenty of privacy. I would recommend renting a bronco or a jeep while on the island it's very mountainous. especially getting to this house but you won't have any issues finding it. Also they drive in the left side of the road here so stay to the left! We decided to add a day to our stay and the host were quick to respond. lots of wildlife around the area iguana, deer, goats, and chickens. overall this place was well worth the price and we will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations, and the house was in excellent condition. The morning coffee on the patio was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved the secluded location of the house, but it was still just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. Baron was an amazing host who even gave us some mango and coconuts from his backyard. The three AC units in the house were a huge plus, and the fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience. We would love to return to the USVI and stay here again. 10/10.

We are an incredible stay at the Hills. The property was exactly as described, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean with every amenity. The views were amazing. The staff was very helpful in arranging for grocery delivery... We will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful views! The beds were comfortable and it was stocked with beach towels. There aren’t really any food options within walking distance so would recommend a trip to the grocery store which we did and the kitchen was well stocked. An important note is that during carnival the music does travel all the way up the mountain so it’s still quite loud in the main bedroom but that’s obviously only time of year specific and we had an excellent view of the fireworks!

From check-in to check out, the process was easy and seamless. Love the location as it was an easy eight minute drive from downtown Cruise Bay. It was very private and safe feeling with spectacular views. The outdoor showers were a great touch and we enjoyed the pool. Joy was a very responsive communicator and quick to be as accommodating as possible to our needs. Would certainly book again.

Kim was amazing. Greeted us with a basket of goodies, gave great recommendations and let us know everything we needed to know about our stay there even down to details like putting sugar water on the balcony and you will see a little. yellow and black bird come for it…and it did! The unit had everything we needed. It was close to good restaurants. It was very peaceful. The balcony had a great breeze. We spent early mornings outside with coffee watching the birds and iguanas up in the trees. We saw a doe grazing on the property from up there too in the afternoon. Aiming to go back in the fall!

This was our first time to the island. The views on the patio are amazing. The air in both bedrooms cooled quickly when we came back to the villa in the evenings. Everything you needed for the beach was available too!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Ms Jackie was so helpful and always available to answer our questions and provide suggestions. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Amazing place to stay !!

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

John was a fantastic host! His home was beautiful and was the perfect space for our family vacation. His home also has the best views! John was extremely helpful with providing local recommendations.

We enjoyed staying at A3 Sea Urchin! It was roomy, clean, bright, and as advertised. The bed was sssoooo comfortable! A/C worked great! A perfect central location to go to the National Park Visitor Ctr, walk into town to eat, shop, watch a sunset, get ice cream (*Our Market Smoothies*); also was great being across from beautiful Mongoose Junction complex where we enjoyed the North Shore deli, Scoops ice cream, snorkel rental, an ATM, great shops, and easy taxi drop off (we didn't rent a car). Patrick was a huge help with directions , advice on the drinking water (after buying bottled water, we ended up drinking the tap water which was fine), and amenities! We filled up a big bottle with tap water and left it just inside our door, to rinse off after returning from the beach. Happily only encountered a few stray mosquitos and bugs at the beach! Every beach is gorgeous and the "painkillers" are yummy! If you don't rent a car (we didn't) bring cash for the taxi's! It's paradise!!

This location is very beautiful and peaceful. Tatiana was very helpful with everything: list of places to go, help with truck rentals, the snacks she provided. Everything was GREAT!

Very private house with amazing views. We spent 9 days there with my 20 and 18 year old kids and felt right at home. The host and hostess were wonderful and gave us some great recommendations on food and beaches. The house was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the patio was a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach. Would highly recommended this gem.

This place was AMAZING! The location and the views were really special. My understanding is the house was built within botanical gardens and it does not disappoint, it’s truly beautiful! My husband and I stayed there with our crew of 6-8, we were working downtown the week we stayed and we were all blown away with the place, I wish we had more time to just hang out and cook and take advantage of the gorgeous space, hopefully next year we can! Looking forward to renting the place for a second stay next spring. The house is dated but honestly it added to the charm of the whole experience, it felt very comfortable, like we were staying at an old family summer home. Just perfect for our needs and TOTALLY WORTH IT! The driveway takes a bit of skill to navigate but by the end of the trip we were pros. A special thank you to Pierre for your hospitality! And to Papito for keeping the grounds looking beautiful, meeting him was an added bonus as well. Thank you, thank you!

For our 20th anniversary we decided to postpone the celebration so we could go somewhere warm from the depths of a Minnesota winter. The requirements for our trip were simple: warm, ocean, and quiet. In the running were locations like Hawaii, Costa Rica, and some of the Caribbean islands. After a disappointing trip to a travel agent who, really just wanted us to book an all inclusive stay at some giant complex, I set out to find what we were looking for. Lots of searching and filtering led to a few options and it looked like Kauai or St. Lucia was the choice. One last attempt yielded this out of the way condo on St. Thomas. Less expensive than Kauai and no passport like St. Lucia. I reached out to Jeff and received a near immediate response. He answered all our questions and we booked it the same day. The description and pictures on the listing were very accurate. We spent 16 days on St. Thomas in this location and could not be more pleased with the choice. Our secret in now yours.

Great stay as always...

Taylor's place was nice and cozy. It had incredible views being high up on the island. Navigating was a little difficult at first, but the instructions that Taylor left us was clear and made sense given that the island doesn't really use addresses. As a host, Taylor was very responsive and accommodating. Her recommendations on places to check out were awesome, especially the restaurants. My husband and I were very grateful to have stayed at this place!
