This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

Super cute place. Very very clean. One of my favorite airbnb ever if not my favorite. You may need earplugs at night because of the bar next to the house. But hey they are included with your stay!

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. Nadine's place is great for a large group. It's right on the water so there is lots to do outdoors. Definitely recommend it.

A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison idéalement située pour découvrir le parc de la Mauricie. L’hôte était très réactive et chaleureuse, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. On s’y sent comme à la maison ! Le jardin et la véranda sont de vrais atouts : parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city

Très agréable séjour dans ce chalet très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac est magnifique et l’endroit est calme. Mario est un hôte très accueillant et qui répond très rapidement. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et toute la famille (y compris le chien) a passé un très beau noël dans ce petit coin de paradis.

We had a truly memorable Christmas stay! We spent the week of Christmas at this lovely home, and it exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a beautiful Christmas tree and thoughtful snacks and gifts waiting for us. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the fireplace added the perfect cozy touch. The hot tub was a hit with the whole family, and we even had a great time sledding just a street over. The location was peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for. We’d love to return and highly recommend this place!

This was our second stay. It’s a great location about 30-40 minutes outside Quebec City. Lots of room for the kids to run and play outside with a beautiful porch set up overlooking the back yard. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Access to the lake is a very short walk. Johanne and Jean were very attentive and live just down the road. Tous étais parfait! Merci et a l’année prochaine.
