Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in St. Louis County

Great place. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped...coffee for the Keurig machine was a huge bonus. Close to many restaurants/ pubs with free shuttle to the Cardinal's game. Overall an excellent experience...would highly recommend.

Great home to stay in. Soulard area so walk score is perfect for going to get something to eat and/or drink without needing to drive or Uber. Even though the area can get a little loud due to so many things to do close by, the home was comfy enough to settle in and rest/chill peacefully after a long day. I stayed here during a travel nurse assignment in Alton, so not only good location to be around the city/city vibes, but also a short commute to my worksite. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Great location for everything you want to see or do in St. Louis. 15 minute drive to most of the tourist sites and business actives in the City as well as Washington University and St. Louis University. Walk to many good restaurants on Grand Ave and just a half block from the Hartford Coffee Co. for breakfast or lunch. one block to Tower Grove Park.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated, Nice quality to the amenities, including things like soaps, towels, range kitchen supplies. Needed help from from Tori. a couple of times. She was responsive, pleasant, helpful.

Well kept and well located apartment. Close to Tower Grove Park, South Grand and Morganford Restaurants

The apartment was very comfortable and within a short driving distance to lots of local attractions. Chris was very clear on how to get into the apartment, where to park, and how to keep the apartment in good condition for other guests. He was very responsive to every message we sent.

This was an absolutely amazing comfy spot and I loved how it made me feel like I wish it was my spot! It was clean, convenient, cool, and the area is so walkable.

Owners were helpful and kind letting us check in early. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there with our dog. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Our stay was for 4 nights. We were there for my Son’s wedding, and Spring was very quick to communicate and was very kind and helpful. There was an iron, ironing board, and a steamer which came in extremely handy! The porch was a wonderful and private place to sit with a cup of coffee or just to visit with family. The appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc were more than adequate and made it easy to store and prepare food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful extras. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Spring and her home if you need a place in the St. Louis area!

A great place for my little family to stay within a few minutes from the zoo! It was nice to have a place close to everything we wanted to see and do but to also be tucked back out of the way at the same time. The area was very nice and the place was even better than described. Frank has a nice place nestled in a nice quiet little neighborhood. There is a park across the road that was convenient with having a kid. Will stay again next time we’re in STL.

Me and my friends booked this space for a concert that was in town. We are from out of town and wanted to enjoy St Louis. We wanted something different, something out of the box. This space was just that and soooooo much more. With a rare blend of unique, comfort, and quirky. It set the bar really high for the rest of the vacation. We are the type to stay on the go and not be in our room when on vacation. This place challenged that as it was so hard to leave sometimes. Host is just as amazing. Im not the best with modern tech and stuff of that nature. The host went out of their way to help. The host was accommodating in more ways than one. They provided some really solid recommendations for the city upon our request. Thats another thing, the host is probably one of the nicest, most responsive, helpful host Ive ever had. "The Dawg House" as we called it is now a staple in our travel plans to St. Louis. Do yourself a favor and book this place now before you miss out.

Exceeded expectations in every way! This beautifully decorated four bedroom, one story home, had everything we needed for an effortless nine day stay. All appliances and TV’s were state of the art, the house was super clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We’re in our mid seventies and appreciated how accessible everything is in this home. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! No disappointments here. You will love this place! It's in a great neighborhood, easy access from I-270, and close to a grocery store and West County Mall - you could even walk to these if you were so inclined! Kitchen is well-stocked with a perfect refrigerator. Beds are great and the bedrooms are separated if that's important to you. And there's a child's room downstairs. The backyard and patio are picture-perfect. The downhill driveway intimidated me, but was easy to deal with. Enjoy it! We certainly did. Claire

Sophie's place was in a quiet part of South St. Louis near Carondelet Park. It was a small house with two bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a very nice back room that was like a porch. Mornings were nice there-- very quiet, no traffic. There is a very nice touch in the living room--an enormous picture of a Highland cow, that sort of set off the house itself.

Jamie was fantastic to deal with and the place was really cute and overall just felt relaxing! The Main Street was really close and easily walkable to explore. If you don’t do well walking you could still drive to the further places on main. She thought of a lot of things such as having shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes, makeup towels, etc.

Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Thoughtful, generous host. The space was cozy and comfortable after a busy graduation weekend. Great location—easy Uber access and walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. The well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus.

Our stay was very comfortable! We had no problems checking in, the home was well-appointed and well-maintained, and we loved the location on the Loop. Very glad we stayed!

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

This was a great stay for our family! It was hard to see such devastation in the area from a tornado- but Libby communicated in advanced what to expect when we drove in -so that was helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner, and Libby helped us troubleshoot and things got rectified very quickly.. We had a great time and we appreciate the hospitality!! Thank you!

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
