Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St. Joseph County

The house was very clean and comfortable. The place had plenty of room inside and out. Great view from the porch overlooking the lake. Steve was very kind, helpful, and professional. I would recommend and would have no problem going back for another getaway.

Great place! Well-equipped and very comfortable for larger groups. There is room to spread out and lots of good bedrooms. Outside space is great too (see other reviews). Easy to run for supplies in Three Rivers or the M60 Marathon gas, convenience and bait store. Happy’s Landing is a good place to eat or order carryout. The house is on the very north end of the lake where it is mostly grown in with lily pads and not open water, but you can dock a boat and get to the open lake for skiing and cruising. The wildlife is great – lots of swans, turtles and fish. We had a good time fishing off the boat near the lily pads – caught lots of small fish. Fishing off the dock was a little sketchy because of the plant life at the end of the dock.

Phillips listing is a perfect home to visit. it's beautiful and felt like home. plenty of space and very clean. I highly recommend. The backyard is amazing

We came into town for a wedding and brought our 2 dogs and wanted to stay someplace safe and quiet and we definitely found that with Edgar’s home. The location was easy to find and it was nice to have private parking right along the lake. The access to the home was easy and the home nicely is decorated with every amenity you need to cook your own food. Views from the home are lovely and we went out onto the dock and spent time on the private beach a couple of the nights we were there. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, which I appreciated. Location makes it easy to get into town for grocery shopping and there is a brewery in town that makes great smash burgers called Useless Creatures. We walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and we also found a great hiking spot to take the dogs very nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Great place for our wedding! We rented all 4 cabins for the full family.

This is the second time we have stayed and it is such a peaceful, private expansive space complete with babbling brook.

Great place to spend with the family if you want some quiet time. My kids enjoyed swimming by the dock and catching some fish. They also met quite a few turtle friends while swimming. The house is spacious and has a relaxing vibe. There was so much natural light and huge windows for fresh air. Be prepared to bring ingredients or drop by the grocer's before heading in if you're the type to cook. Mitch' wife baked some homemade muffins for the family which the kids snacked on after a morning of swimming at the lake. Thank you so much. My kids can't wait to go back. Maybe the best Airbnb attached to someone’s home that I’ve ever stayed in. Such a sweet set up. Very comfortable, clean, private. Thankful for the keurig for coffee and water bottles in the frig. My stay was short but very restful and waking up to have my morning coffee out on the deck and watch the river and the birds was the highlight of my stay. Mark was very good with communicating and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was easy to find, even in the dark. Of course being attached to their home there was a bit of noise from the kids in the morning but that wasn’t until after 9am and didn’t bother me at all. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

one of the best places we've stayed. the price was amazing, Barbara's hospitality was great, and the place had PLENTY of space. Also, our girls loves being able to drive by and see the horses anytime we left of came back. would definitely recommend this space and will be looking for it the next time we're in Indiana

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. My husband, our 15 month old, and I are moving to Ethiopia in a couple of months and we needed to spend one last time with our family. Fern’s listing was so close to where our family lived and we were able to have our own space and also spend time with family. We got to meet and visit with our host one morning and they were so friendly and welcoming!! We will definitely choose these wonderful accommodations again if we ever come back.

I have stayed with Becky many times and love the house. it's super cozy, clean and the yard is absolutely beautiful. If your looking for a peaceful play to stay this is it!!!

Amazing find!! This place is truly worthy of a rare find rating. The setting was so peaceful, there was lawn furniture so you could enjoy the out of doors; the apartment is very spacious with the conveniences and little comforts of home. The house is just 5 miles from the theaters of Shipshewana. Naomi responded so quickly and was easy to communicate with. I know if we ever get to come to Shipshewana again this is where we want to stay. It just doesn’t get any better than this one.
