Waterfront holiday rentals in St. Johns County

Our second time here and it was just as great as the first. Perfect if needing a place for fishing and/or boating. Has it's own ramp and dockage. Beautiful and comfortable.

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

The location on the beach of Saint Augustine was heavenly. Angela Melanie responded to all of our questions promptly. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on the beach, walking in sand almost immediately after you exit your condo. Weekly price was great and well worth it with everything included in the condo and on the grounds. Love this place and the host and will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Valery demonstrated her hospitality from the very moment of my booking. With details from the check in to check out, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable and fully equipped for our stay with our two kids. Would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Aug!

Great place, loved the board walk and beach. The beach was beautiful. Easy and convenient area. Place was clean & AC worked great. We hope to stay again. Just to note- it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (we liked being high up as we spent evenings on the back deck, but the stairs might be hard for some) & there is no beach gear so bring your own if you want some. Overall, a great experience.

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

Awesome place! Like new! We are always looking for newer places because we are very particular on cleanliness and this place made us feel right at home!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in St. Augustine! The home was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated how peaceful and welcoming everything felt from the moment we arrived. The hosts were great—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to come back!

We were able to enjoy our stay in Michael’s home to visit with our family for a reunion. We enjoyed the pool and large living area to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. We were close to stores and able to purchase a few supplies that were not provided ( hand soap, laundry detergent, Kleenex). The home was very clean. We were able to communicate a few issues to Michael to get resolved. The neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was very safe. Over all, I would recommend this home for a large family to enjoy while staying in the St. Augustine area.

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at this cute and cozy place! Easy to walk , bike to so many attractions, restaurants. Beach right across the street. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

My family had a wonderful stay for our first time in the area. Most of our time at home was spent watching wildlife from the large porches in the mornings and evenings. We flew in with only carry-ons so the beach chairs, beach bag, towels, water toys were a huge bonus. The house truly has everything you need and a gorgeous view. We had two teenage boys who were in awe of the inlet area watching high/low tide changes and checking out the river wildlife with kayaks - it's a very special place.

This is a really lovely place, and Elliott is a gracious and helpful host. We loved meeting Cat Dracula sleeping on the porch, and Elliott offered us many helpful suggestions for our visit and a parking space closer to town. The house is filled with beautiful artwork and interesting little curios, and being right on the water was great.

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Beautiful beach view with direct access. Very clean & quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay with our teenage daughter and niece. Will consider staying there again!

Jamie’s place was everything we hope for and more. With the amazing view and direct access to the beach the location was perfect. The area is very peaceful yet walkable and welcoming. The place is spacious and pristine clean. Finally Jamie is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jamie’s place any time and any day.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
