Holiday rentals with a home cinema in St. Johns County

Morgan was an amazing host! She was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was in the perfect area right near St John's Town Center and close to the beaches for easy commute. It was a beautiful unit that was easy to access and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

Amazing! We had an amazing stay at Luke place. The host was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was a highlight - we had a blast at the pool party and met some great people. It was the perfect spot to relax and have fun. We're actually relocating to FL, and this place made the transition a little easier. The only minor hiccups were with parking and getting an extra blanket, but they didn't affect our overall experience. We'd definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you! Luke

Amazing location, great host

As an owner/ operator of an airbnb in the past, my hat's off to Anh. The bedroom had all of the essentials. The kitchen space provided for all the basic needs. There's room to spread out, yet the place has a cozy feeling. Anh is one of the most responsive hosts I've ever worked with. The sound of the fountain in the middle of the pond was so relaxing. The fact that the patio is fenced makes it a comfortable and safe place to sit. having a laundry on premises was a Godsend. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The driveway is large enough to comfortably fit two vehicles which was great as I drive a Ford pickup truck. the automatic front door lock was wonderful as it didn't require me to remember to lock it. Each room has a coded door lock which is very nice when you are leaving your room for the day. The air conditioning worked great and I was able to sleep despite the heat outside. Anh gets an A+ in my book. My only suggestion would be a kerrig type coffee maker.

I have been using Airbnb for quite some time and I have to say Oleg’s home provided the most satisfying experience we have ever had. The space was immaculate, had all the amenities I would need, and maybe most importantly was comfortable. I have found many homes are not fully equipped but Oleg thought of everything-right down to the cheese grater. While I stocked up on food for the week, for the first time I did not have to buy some kitchen utensil needed for a dish I wanted to prepare. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was fabulous! If you are looking for a lovely place to day in Jacksonville, Oleg’s home is the one to choose!

Our stay was for 3 families. Well appointed beach theme. Options of bedrooms , 4.5 baths to please all. Master had heated floor in its bath. Pre-teens loved the bonus TV room in the garage play area that opened to the pool. Beautiful patio area. Accommodated 9 easily for meals indoors and outdoors. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen essentials. Webber grill and fire pit were terrific with the privacy fence and string lighting. Emails to PMI were responded to timely. Front garage had a canvas cart with chairs and boogey boards to make it easier to walk to the beach and crossing A1A. Cars were allowed on the beach 🏖️ so that was an option. Publix was close by. We chose to cook and have meals at the house because it was so resort-like. Walked to the end of the street to the inter-coastal to see a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay. We stayed during peak season so it was pricy, but the many features of the property made us all happy with the choice. A day in St Augustine.. Beach was perfect.

Quiet, very clean, decor well curated. A beautiful place to stay. It was also in a very convenient location for the activities we were taking part in. I will stay here again the next time I come to Anastasia Island.

My family plus another family had a perfect stay in the house. The endless activities for the kids were great, they were never bored. It made it enjoyable for the parents to sit around and relax while they all played. The hosts were wonderful, made great suggestions and were very accommodating. We also had great meals at restaurants that were walkable from the house. I'd come back in the Summer and stay in the house again.

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and Jordan was very accommodating! The house was great, very clean, and had lots of space in the common areas. Backyard is huge- a great plus for the dogs! Jordan responded to messages right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area as it’s in a peaceful neighborhood but just 5 min from the historic district.
