I had a great stay! Everything was as pictured, location is not too far from everything & has just what you needed. My husband & I enjoyed our staycation

Our stay was great! It was like staying at a mini resort. There were great amenities at the complex, great location near downtown and beaches, the little touches and thoughtfulness in the apartment was so nice too! Phillip was very responsive about a small issue. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

Valery demonstrated her hospitality from the very moment of my booking. With details from the check in to check out, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable and fully equipped for our stay with our two kids. Would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Aug!

Such an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and beach access was very convenient with the boardwalk access. This is the first air bnb I didn’t feel I needed to wear shower shoes because everything was SO CLEAN! The pictures are very accurate. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms for each bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor too! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the air bnb with laundry pods provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need. I also loved that you could get filtered water from the fridge and sink so no need to buy water bottles for your stay. The boogie boards and 4 beach chairs along with an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Evening beach waves were so much fun to use the boogie boards for. Adrienne was so responsive and helpful with check in, she’s a great hostess. We will be back again for sure!

This airbnb was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Right by the beach, in a quiet residential areal. We definitley did not want to be in one of the big condo developments that are ubiquitous in beach areas in Florida and elsewhere (NJ, Delaware, etc). The house itself was everything we needed. We especially appreciated the nice big TV in the living room, just like we have at home. So many otherwise prefect rentals end up having tiny little 32" TV's.....not the case here. Also, the short wald to the beach was less than a quarter mile, most of which is just through the little trail through the dunes. Also, when we had a question about the AC on our first night, Dani responded immediately providing the info we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, great amenities, clean and has cookware and basic seasonings. The host was very accommodating for my last minute reservation. Only thing I didn’t like was having to wait for the entry for the smart lock access, other than that my stay was perfect. Didn’t take long, but I arrived late, so it was initially nerve-racking , however, the host responded promptly! The shower in the main bedroom was huge and refreshing! Would definitely recommend as well as stay here again when I’m in the area.

Our second time here and it was just as great as the first. Perfect if needing a place for fishing and/or boating. Has it's own ramp and dockage. Beautiful and comfortable.

Very kid friendly accommodations including a diaper genie, night lights, fun bean bag chairs. The primary closet was so spacious we were able to set up a pack n play and have a makeshift nursery for our toddler which was excellent. The furniture and fixtures were all modern and the place was literally spotless. It felt like it was brand new and we were the first guests ever with how clean it was. We also really appreciated all the little extra touches like the welcome gift and the toiletries. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place close to everything! Everything was great! Geraldine is such a friendly host. I would recommend this place to anyone spending time in St. Augustine.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The beach is a very short walk and so is a great coffee shop and taco stand. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to St.Augustine.

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

Rachel’s place was amazing , there were a couple check in hiccups but Rachel was very quick at replying and remedying our issues! We really appreciated it ! If we ever stay in st Augustine again we will for sure be staying here !

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities exactly as advertised. The location was unbeatable — just a short 3-minute walk from the door to a beautiful beach with a private gated entrance. It was also only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine, making it the perfect home base. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean place with many amenities available. Perfect location very quiet and short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day available also. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

Darling house, tastefully decorated, clean with everything we needed. We especially loved the private outdoor hot tub.

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

We had a great time! The house was very clean, the beds were soft, and everything we needed such as shampoo, dish soap, dishes, laundry soap, etc was provided. The pool and the beach were super close! We used the wagon they provided everyday to carry our items to the pool or beach. The community was nice and quiet. There was a large family with kids downstairs and we didn’t hear them at all. Location was close to restaurants and St Augustine activities. We definitely would stay again.
