Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in St. Clair County

Dear Richard and Jennifer; As you know, My wife, Erica and I did not stay in the unit, but my sister Nedra and her husband, Curt Roberts did stay. They enjoyed it very much and will be back, probably in the Fall of 2024. The only thing they noticed is that safety bars (Grab Bars) should be added to the shower/bath. We are all old and these are must-have items in our homes. Personally, I want to thank you for your cooperation and assistance. You made it all so pleasant and wonderful! The apartment was very peaceful with the lakefront view from the front porch. The massive back yard was especially nice for walking my dog. The inside was spotless, and I felt very comfortable. I will defiantly book again next time I'm in town.

Great place that is close to Talledega!

We have stayed at this loft previous. Host has been accommodating and responds quickly. The home is right in the town center and squeaky clean, the beds are quite confy too. This is probably the best place to stay especially if you will be there during an Oneonta festival you could stand on the balcony and see it all. I have stayed in others in town and recommend this one hands down. Thank you host

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny and Rusty’s place so much!! The house is absolutely beautiful with so much attention to detail. We had the entire bottom floor with two bathrooms, a living room where we watched tv, big bedroom, comfy bed, a full kitchen and washer and dryer and which we didn’t use but it was nice to have the option if we needed to. There is also a sitting room and formal dining room that we didn’t use but it was beautiful! This was my first trip to Talladega and we were here for the race. The place was perfect - a 10-15 min drive and so peaceful. The porches are so nice to sit and enjoy coffee and there are restaurants in walking distance and others are a short drive. There is a Walmart just a few mins away too. Sunny and Rusty were so responsive and allowed us to check in early when we made it to town earlier than we thought! The instructions were great! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you Sunny and Rusty!!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful lakeside home! From the moment we booked, the host was responsive and helpful. The home itself is spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need. It was perfect for our two families, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The peaceful setting made it feel like a true escape from the everyday. Surrounded by nature, the property is quiet and serene, with super friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome without ever intruding. We loved spending time outdoors—whether it was fishing off the dock or swimming right in front of the house, there was something for everyone. Having access to kayaks and lifejackets was a true bonus and made for some fun family memories. When a summer storm rolled in one evening, the enclosed porch was the perfect spot to watch. This place truly has it all: comfort, charm, and a host who goes above and beyond. If we lived closer, we'd be back often. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful place, is a great place for family

A very unique and cool house with amazing views overlooking the water. Clean and spacious with lake house vibes, tucked away off the road for privacy making it a great getaway. Will consider this place again next year.

I can't say enough great things about Phillip's lake house! My family, husband and two sons in their early 20's, absolutely loved every aspect of the place! The house looks just like the pictures, beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and modern, loved the Keurig and thanks for some pods! Same with dishwasher. Bathrooms were beautiful. Enough towels for everyone. Beds were comfy and large. The boys enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and we all enjoyed air hockey and pool and basketball in the rec room. The lake was so peaceful and calming. We all loved sitting out on the huge deck and also on the huge lawn. So conducive to reading a good book! Smart TVs were great too. Phillip was SO responsive to my questions, thank you Phillip! Enjoyed exploring Birmingham and Leeds-the Buc Ees was awesome! Oxford and Pell City and Talladega were all fun to explore too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Even my picky boys loved it!

I wanted to stay in this place from the moment I saw it on your website. It was a beautiful home with very peaceful surroundings. That’s exactly what I wanted. It’s located very close to nice restaurants and stores if you need to shop and eat out. My 89 year old had no trouble getting to the water on her walker. If I’m able to come again next year, I sure hope I can get this same house. Simon was very helpful from our first contact. He checked on us from time to time and was super nice host.

This house is exactly as described and pictured. A very comfortable home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space in the home to spread out. There are lake views from almost every room in the house and those views are beautiful. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this home and would definitely rebook should we be in the area again.

Amazing is all I have to say. Will definitely be back again.
