Townhome holiday rentals in St. Catherine Parish

Stephan, Marceline and Linneth are wonderful hosts. it was our first stay at this house, but we felt like family coming home. The location couldn't be better. One of the nicest beaches of Jamaica right at your doorstep and a really well kept garden surrounding the house. The place felt quiet and relaxed, but it was never lonely. We had pleasant neighbours ready for a nice chat at the pool and we also had good chats with Linneth in the kitchen. Speaking of Linneth, we all miss her already. Her cooking was so good and she catered for all our needs. The house was tidy for the whole stay and she went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Stephan and Marceline checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had a good stay. Communication was proactive and we always got fast replies. The house and furniture were in a good state. A brand new kitchen and baths welcomed us and the beds were comfortable. We couldn't find a flaw. AND last but not least: almost no mosquitoes!

I had a great time at Dave’s place. First Dave is an exceptional host. Easily accessible via phone or text. The drain in the master bedroom was leaking slowly, I called him and in 10 mins, someone was there to fix it. Very pleasant and friendly, open to suggestions. Great place to stay. House is in a quiet neighborhood. There are 3 AC that works well but there is also a nice breeze that blows through. You can turn the Ac off and open the doors during the day. The back patio is nice and relaxing, can chill with family and friends. There is also a nice tree on the left, u can sit under and relax in the evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable, never had any issues with sleep. For those of us who enjoy a good shower, the shower in the master bath will not disappoint, careful with the hot water, it does get hot. The fridge and stove works well. There are enough dishes for a family of 4, anything above that you will have to get your own. Cable and Wi-Fi is available, I was able to keep up with my TV shows. Definitely a place that I would visit again. It was worth every penny.

Garrick’s place was close enough to everything we needed. Beautiful and peaceful property. We felt safe at all times of the day and night. The house was spacious and had what we needed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Not only was this place in a good area with easy access to to sought after spots in Kingston, but Dean was so responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home as well as give us tips on how we can enjoy ourselves in the city. We would definitely book here again.

A great place to stay, close to the beach, & many tourist attractions. Host was quick to respond and provided a lovely home. She even dropped off some local fruits & veggies to us during our stay! With a car it easy to travel to Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. My mom has severe asthma and the air conditioned room made her stay very comfortable! Beds and couches were very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee in the back yard and watching the sun go down from the front porch. I loved that the house was solar powered, and front gate guards new our faces and were incredibly friendly! I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a delight staying at CeeJay’s place! The apartment has all the amenities that you will need. The views are spectacular and Basil was professional and accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Caroline and Richard’s place is beautiful, much more so than the pictures show. The home is beautiful , very clean and well kept. The beds are large and comfortable and each has access to a private bathroom. The communal living areas are comfortable with beautiful furniture and the pool area is perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s great to access to a private beach, was almost empty when we stayed and a great place to view the sunset. The villa was just a ten minute drive from Dunnes River Falls which suited us just perfectly. There was a nearby supermarket at a petrol station ..but just for basics as it was a bit pricey but you are not far from Ocho Rios centre for better choice. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend with Lovely friendly hosts.

Sanika’s place was very nice. New and modern amenities and appliances. The decor was beautiful, if traveling with children I would be mindful of glass decor, the host was very kind and gracious regarding this. Located close to tourist destinations, great jerk chicken close by. The property is very safe with security.

Beautiful place clean and looked exactly like the photos Joel was friendly and very responsive to all my questions I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Carlton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His hospitality was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. The space itself was comfortable and clean, but the highlight had to be the pool. It was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic stay – the home had everything we needed and more. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, even from afar. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the neighbourhood was welcoming and safe. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again when we're next in Jamaica!

We had a great stay in a wonderful clean super safe home Beds were comfortable Air conditioning, fans working super Basel was waiting for us gave us a great tour with loads of explanations Was very apprehensive because inquiries about address 2-3 days before our arrival were left unanswered and Airbnb had to step in to get the team to provide an answer

Loved loved loved staying here! Host is very friendly! I locked myself out 😂 she was very proactive in getting me back inside!! Beautiful home beautiful surroundings! Loved it! They have lots of games so lots of fun things to do on a down day! highly recommend staying here!

There’s not much to say other than the unit was better in person, safe neighborhood and grounds. When looking on Air BnB Faith’s place is a great example of what should be provided. Sadly this is rarely the case as a lot of listings are misleading by being not well upkept while using outdated information and old or filter enhanced photos. I REALLY appreciate the listing’s accuracy along with the friendliness, and responsiveness of the hosts. I usually do not leave reviews on anything unless the product or service is exceptionally good or bad. Faith’s place is the former - exceptionally good. You will feel at ease and comfortable here. It is private but convenient to all that Kingston has to offer.

The location was amazing especially for carnival. Every event was close by. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better otherwise the house was beautiful and looks like the pictures.

My family and I absolutely loved this vacation home, it looked exactly like the pictures, the pool was amazing, loved how quiet and peaceful it was and close to beaches and stuff to do.

Terron’s place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very nicely appointed and clean! It was easy to get to off the main road and close to Puerto Seco Beach which I’d highly suggest visiting during the stay. The contact Terron provided gave me a great local restaurant recommendation which I visited a few times. Overall I’m glad I decided to stay at Terron’s place and would do so again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at Latoya’s place! The location was perfect/quiet/convenient making it easy to explore the area and to visit my old neighborhood daily. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.Latoya was very responsive and accommodating, providing helpful tips for local attractions and restaurants. The amenities were great, especially standout features were comfortable beds , fully stocked kitchen, great Wi-Fi, and the security gave me a great peace of mind. It was clear that Latoya put a lot of effort into making the space welcoming. I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again on my next trip. This is my second Airbnb and this experience will definitely let me use this service more.

Firstly I want to say that accommodation is absolutely stunning. Clean, nice and spacious rooms, bathrooms etc . It is exactly the same as advertised on the website. Everything you see in the pics is the same. The host Craig is awesome, he is very friendly and easy to communicate with and also very reliable. The location where Palmview is situated is perfect it has all the amenities and facilities near by which is very convenient for me.I would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you Craig my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place. Karen was very accommodating and responsive. She provided all information needed to access the listen and be comfortable while staying there. The listing was clean and exceeded my expectations. The pool toys , games, bottled water and snacks were very good additives . The house itself was very nice. Paired with the customer service of the host it was perfect.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, exceptionally clean, and in pristine condition. It was also very easy to find. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the sense of security being in a gated community with 24-hour security made me feel completely safe. I also really appreciated that the host accommodated my early check-in after a long flight and drive to Ocho Rios. The complimentary teas were such a thoughtful touch and exactly what I needed! The location was perfect close to local restaurants and everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ocho Rios. A definite 10/10!

There were a few small hiccups but the home was clean and quiet and the Host communicated well. Would definitely recommend.
