Wonderful location in a great area. As native Texans, we felt right at home with everything and very much enjoyed the big kitchen, helpful labels on cabinets and shelves and the gifts Gail provided for our check in were so thoughtful. We would Definitely come back!

I paid for my son and his gf to have a weekend away. They were so happy with the rental, location, being close the Clifton Hill, they definitely want to stay again. Thank you Paul for your clear instructions and availability for any questions :)

We loved our stay. The suite had everything we needed, the outdoor space was lovely, and the proximity to the Bruce Trail/wineries/great restaurants was so nice. A relaxing break from the city. We'd love to come back again.

We recently had a great weekend stay at Sunny's place not far from Niagara Falls! Very easy to check in, super clean and comfortable with many little appreciated additions such as slippers, snacks, lots of blankets and my sons girlfriend visiting from Thailand loved the chocolates on the pillows! ❤️ Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Niagara area, we would definitely book again if we visit in the future! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our 2 night stay here to be in Niagara. Check in was very simple with the pad lock. We also enjoyed the kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, etc. We also appreciate a full spice rack with most spices available and a jug of vegetable oil. The washroom was clean and the space had great water pressure which is always nice. The tv in the living room and bedroom were both smart tv’s which was nice and thw fireplace in the bedroom was very cozy and a nice touch. One thing to note is we could hear people walking above from early in the morning to very late at night, sound from voices did not travel through. Overall it was great, would definitely consider being back if we’re looking for a place in the area again. Thank you for hosting us!

Dennis and Cheryl were very kind, respectful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They live in a house on site and they were very respectful of our space. They had a dog that was so friendly and sweet that my 3 year old loved and they were kind enough to let us play with her. It was peaceful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! They even had everything we could’ve needed including extra toiletries and snacks for arrival following a stressful airport experience. We would stay again!

This is our second time staying. The place is kept in immaculate condition. Has everything you may need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, soft linens, airconditioning and fans. Its a very lovely place for avery reasonsble price. We will book here again!

This was the perfect location for my needs. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and waterfront trail. Easy access of hwy 401 and hwy 2. Lots of light, comfortable furnishings in living room and bedroom and a good working space. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! Very convenient to the Blue Jays stadium and the view from the balcony was incredible. Everything was very clean and was as described. The parking spot was an added plus. Alireza was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Toronto.

The house was squeaky clean, very quiet with less noise.. the neighborhood is safe and beautiful.

Where to start! This unit was definitely a hidden gem. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood where you will on hear the sounds of birds chirping. Property has an area for a fire pit by the river that runs behind their home. BBQ if you needed to and a hammock to relax. Hot tub was definitely the cherry on the top which I must say was very clean and didn’t have an unbearable smell of chlorine like what other bnbs have. The host was also very hospitable and kind. Didn’t have to wait long for a response ever, didn’t matter the time. As a hard working individual I always randomly book places and this was definitely one of my favourites! Thanks so much for having me on short notice! Was worth every dollar! 😊

Just as described and very clean which was important to us. Comfortable beds. Nice walkable proximity to shops and restaurants.

Best equipped place we have ever stayed at. The bed is so comfortable and the hosts are responsive and so friendly. there is also a park across the street which made the stay for our toddler so much fun.
