Holiday rentals with a patio in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

To all my fellow Indian travellers, this is the place to stay in Colombo—posh, away from pesky neighbours, and totally private. 1) Located in a high-rise, the cute little apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. 2) The apartment is clean and well lit, as in the pictures. It is modern and equipped with a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, geysers, AC, and hob. 3) If any issues arise, ask. The host is gracious and resolves them immediately. We had a comfortable and relaxed stay. Good luck and God bless.

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

I loved Dinali’s place so much that I extended my stay. Dinali has equipped the unit with everything required for a long stay. The view is magical, apt is airy and perfectly appointed, location could not get any better, its walking distance to most things. Dinali is super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. This spot is truly a gem.

Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

The location of the AirBnB is in a wonderful clean and safe neighbourhood next to a lake and a walkable distance from some really nice restaurants and few tourist spots. The place is gated. The rooms are super clean, spacious with a lot useful amenities and a lovely hall. The check-in process was super smooth and Surekha, our host, was very kind to wait till late evening for us. Surekha is amazing, not just as a host, but she is a lovely person to talk to. She made sure we were comfortable and also gave us a much needed run through of what we can see in Colombo — even outside of the usual tourists spots. She went out of her way to send us a comprehensive list that made our last day in Colombo even more special and worthwhile. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come again.

We were extremely lucky to secure Umendra’s beautiful apartment for our stay. Her sister was there to receive us on arrival,show us in and guide us through till we settled in. She was there at hand to give us the local know how. Cinnamon Suites at Cinnamon life has a rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the sea and the city. There is a good swimming pool with amazing views of the Lotus tower. We couldn’t extend out stay because the accommodation was in demand. We would have loved to stay there longer. We highly recommend upendra’s two bedroom apartment.

Suggestion, change main door lock and install 9000btu AC for leaving area.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, just a 15-minute drive from both the heart of Colombo and Port City. The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and great dining options. Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the entire trip in Sri Lanka, even though other locations were pretty good too. What made it different is the level of attention everything was given. it did not feel like renting out bnb, it is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. every single thing is well thought out, and nothing lacks. it is simply a piece of heaven and most beautiful. highly recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer. The host family went out of their way to help us around too. They even let us check out later because the flights were in the evening and rode us to the airport. my friend's review was that: - Well furnished apartment, great and considerate host family who make you feel at home - small details are attended to - Value for money and a joy to live in ...to say the least! thank you so much Anuka, Nilan and Janani for giving us a home away from home. Would love to stay again in future. Worth a lot more than you pay for. love it

A joy to return to and so sad to leave.. This is my fourth stay at Pia's delightful home. Each stay has been a blissful experience and this time was no different. Same high standards, same attention to detail and most of all the overflowing warmth and hospitality from both Pia and Marisa together with the comforting knowledge they are always available to help with anything and everything, sincerely ever ready to go many extra miles, to make your stay perfect in every way possible, makes for such a memorable stay each time. Great Stay in Colombo Had a really good stay at this place. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Colombo with easy access to everything. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished, and has all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Colombo.
