This is exactly what Air B&B should be- home . Dubravka is excellent host who is highly responsive and polite. She left a home to us with all amenities you can and cant imagine- from fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and if anything was needed additionally this is taken care of by her lovely mom. Terrasse is beutiful with nice setting, whole house is spatious, very nice style, tv with netflix etc, wifi excellent- we were working from home so very important, cleaning spotless. You need a car for sure however small stores are walkable distance. We appreciate your hospitality and we would be back. Thank you!

Spent weekend at this amazing house, the owner is friendly and helpful. There is a lot of space outside to play, and inside as well. The house is clean, all we needed we found in the house. The place is quiet, with nice, peaceful view. We definitely would like to come again!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The house was newly renovated, very modern, and incredibly fresh – truly a luxurious yet affordable place to stay. It had everything we needed and nothing was missing. The host was extremely accommodating and really went the extra mile. When we arrived, there were "30" balloons set up, as we had mentioned during booking that we were celebrating all of us turning 30 this year – such a thoughtful and personal touch! This is also the perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful environment, with easy access to nearby vineyards and beautiful hiking trails. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Lovely home in Novi Sad with great pool and outdoor area. Ljiljana was very welcoming and helpful! Good place to stay for Exit Festival as it is only a 35 min walk from the fortress or a 5 min taxi. We'd definitely stay again!

What a great place for a weekend getaway in nature! I was greeted by the host and her husband and check-in who were such nice people! The house itself is great up on a hill surrounded by trees and nature. It's a great place to really disconnect, read in silence and be at peace in nature. There are several restuarants in town about a 15-18 minute walk which was very manageable. There are tons of hiking trails surrounding the area so you can get in a great hiking trip from the home, and come back to relax in nature afterwards. This was an awesome weekend getaway trip surrounded by nature!

a great place tucked away in the hills with a beautiful private yard and terrace. All the amenities are perfect and it is nice and quiet here. It is definitely pet friendly and my cat and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying again. beware that you are on a very large hill but there is a market, bakery, and pet store within walking distance. It will definitely be a trek to walk back up the hill but it is a beautiful view. I highly recommend it as the hostess and her family have been very welcoming, accommodating, responsive, and helpful! I was even able to arrange pickup at the airport in Belgrade.

The beach here is really nice because it offers a variety of different activities. There are spaces that are sandy and walkable for swimming, areas where the kids enjoyed finding shells trying and trying to catch wildlife and it is also a nice place to take out the kayak that is available for rent. The house has lots of space. I really enjoyed the upstairs porch it maintained a nice breeze even on the hottest days. There were a pair of nesting storks we could watch from upstairs (the baby learned to fly during the visit). In the mornings and evenings there are scores of swallows. The kitchen was well stocked. Dragan was able to arrange for us to get laundry pick up and done regularly. There is a waterfront restaurant walking distance from the house. The Eurovelo 6 bike trail crosses nearby. There was a farmers market every Sunday, multiple bakeries, grocery stores and a nice coffee shop/ice cream place within biking distance. We were happy to meet some of Dragan’s family.

This is a great house for shorter and longer stays. It has everything that you need durning your stay. A big plus for all entertainment for kids. Martin is a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The yard is absolutely stunning — the barbecue area surrounded by tall, beautiful pine trees is simply magical! Check-in was very smooth and easy. We are truly grateful for such a comfortable and relaxing experience! A couple of small notes: the staircase felt a bit unsafe, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our stay. However, being offline actually allowed us to disconnect from work and social media and fully enjoy the beautiful nature, so it ended up being a positive for us. I’m sure it was just a rare issue and the internet usually works fine. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for providing such a wonderful place to relax — we would love to come back!

We had the pleasure of celebrating the New Year at this charming Airbnb, and it was truly a memorable experience. The house was festively decorated with Christmas trees and garlands, which immediately set a joyous mood. A special thanks to our host for these delightful touches! Our host was incredibly helpful, assisting us with organizing transportation and even leaving thoughtful gifts, which was a lovely surprise. The house matched the photos perfectly. The fireplace and barbecue area were standout features - we welcomed the New Year right by the cozy fireplace, which added to the festive atmosphere. The bedroom on the second floor was excellent, providing comfortable and peaceful rest. The house is ideal for celebrating holidays or relaxing with a large group. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful and festive stay!

Thanks Radovan for everything, everything went very professional 10+ The apartment was extremely clean, it was warm inside and what we were very pleasantly surprised that the apartment was heated before our arrival. The floor heating was super cool!Smart tv,youtube,netflix etc… Radovan offered us multiple times if we needed anything to get back to him whenever we really don't have a single complaint about the ten in the apartment and for Radovan. The perfect place to stay - everything was nice and clean and as promised in the photos. Marko was a great host, always reachable if we needed anything. The place is very clean and pleasant, and the location is perfect for the Exit festival. Would definitely stay here again when we come to Novi Sad!

The place was great and according to pictures. The host really facilitate our check-in and welcomed us with home-made cake!! The place is spacious, calm and with an excellent view. We definitely recommend this place.

Trip started a bit funny because my roaming didn't worked properly and without internet I couldn't access the location of the reservation. Host was nice and even if my connection was poor, we found a way to find each other. Location was fine and host was always open to help, went above and beyond even giving indication on how to pay a parking fine or how to get local Rakia, haha. Our family thanks the owners of this beautiful home from the bottom of our hearts! From the very beginning of our stay in this house we never left the feeling that we were at a relative's home! Wonderful hosts! Wonderful house! Very, very cozy and quiet! We with a small child was very comfortable! My wife is a landscape architect by profession and she noticed how lovingly done everything in this house and on its territory. But the main thing is the people!
