The Annex

JordanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay, The Annex was very well presented, incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Judith was incredibly helpful as well as the extra attention to detail on guiding us on our first trip away with our newborn, with all the amenities to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Thanks again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Peaceful rural cottage

AmyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for a week whilst moving house in the area, it was a lovely peaceful spot to go back to. The barn was well equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay, very clean and nicely decorated. Emma was a lovely host and we enjoyed chatting to Emma and her partner when we got back for the day.

A very pleasant place to stay in charming village. Plenty of sunlight coming in through the wall of windows. Incredibly easy access to beautiful trails through the Moors. The local pub is nice too. Valerie was wonderful and helpful with recommendations for walks and runs!

Little Cleave Cottage @East Underdown, Dartmoor NP

MelanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I received a warm welcome from Bob and Sue on arrival at Little Cleave. The cottage was beautifully clean and absolutely charming. Everything you could possibly need is provided. My 3 dogs and I immediately felt at home. The land at the back was perfect for early morning and late evening walks and I sat on the bench at the top and watched the beautiful sunsets. More adventurous walks were only a short drive away. I really loved my early morning swims in the pool followed by a hot shower. My youngest daughter lives 10 minutes away and she and her dog were welcome to come and stay with me for a couple of nights which was lovely. I wanted a break that was quiet and peaceful and that is exactly what I got. Bob and Sue are so friendly and helpful and communication from Barbara before my stay was excellent. This was a perfect holiday for me and I was sad to leave. I left feeling well rested, so thank you Barbara, Sue and Bob.

Exceptionally beautiful views!

JustineRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!

Devon pub stay

BenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for two nights while visiting the area for a wedding - the room is a good size , was more than spacious enough for the two of us and was spotless. Claudine is a great host, she is helpful, friendly and very accommodating. She always responded to questions and was on hand to welcome us when we arrived late on a Friday night. Would stay here again as it was good value for money too

Coach House-Gateway to Dartmoor 'An absolute Gem!'

KarstenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time at Amanda’s place. It was so clean and tidy on arrival and she went above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant and easy as possible. The instructions to reach the location were so straightforward and the pictures made it even easier to know where to go. The little touches went a long way such a leaving some little bit of food for us on arrival as well as leaving a small doggy bin for us. Lovely binders with lots of information about the area also gave us lots of options for days out. The place was lovely and quiet and well worth the price. All the facilities were spotless. It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Amanda’s place to friends and family
