Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sporades

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

we spent a 3 days in Volos beautiful, Kostantina's house was perfect clean warm for a family with children.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and had a great time, the apartment matches the photos and description. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a couple who want to spend a holiday in Skiathos

Completely renovated apartments, high quality bed sheets and towels, well equipes. Photos cannot transmit the familiar atmosphere. Close to one of the best beaches in the insel, where we país 15 Euros for 2 beds all day long (first row as well). Good greek "fast food" (atualmente, normal greek Ford like Gyros, Pommes Frites, pork steaks. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back soon for sure!

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

The long sand-pebble beach of Agia Anna is almost right outside the front door, you can hear the sound of the sea when you are in bed. The apartment is superbly equipped. In particular, the baby equipment was exceptional: The stairs and the outlets were secured for our 10-month-old baby. There was a good high chair, a baby crib, all baby dishes, a changing mat, beach toys and many other useful things. At the end of October, the place was quiet, but there were still a few supermarkets, cafes and restaurants that were open. In half an hour by car you are in Limni, where there is still a lot going on at the end of the season and the sea is calmer in wind.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

In the dictionary, next to the word hospitality should be added the name of Katerina and her family. This gem in Volos was a real revelation! It exceeded my expectations and I felt very happy to meet these wonderful people. The apartment is newly built, with state-of-the-art appliances, perfectly clean,comfortable, with direct access to the ring road and to Pelion, quiet and modern. The refrigerator was full of essentials and I would more than say, everything we needed was already there (from toothbrush to sewing!). Katerina and her family cheerful, friendly, communicative, thoughtful, generous, with attention to detail and quite discreet, made us feel that we returned to our home, to our family, even if we met her as soon as we arrived in Volos. Such hosts are the perfect example! I highly recommend it to everyone who thinks of coming to Volos! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a great stay.
