Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

The apartment is located in the historic center and therefore in a very convenient location to visit Spoleto and the surroundings. It has private street parking. Clean, tidy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fabrizio and Raffaella are very helpful, responsive and kind people. Extremely recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

On the top of a hill overlooking Marmore falls and the village of Torre Orsina this beautifully renovated apartment with 2 patios has west and east views of the stunning Valnerina valley. Corrado even provides a booklet of places to see (a must) and a discount coupon to the falls.

My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally likeable, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two of them waited for us in front of the house at a late hour. Prior to that, quick, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds ensure a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the property, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We didn't miss anything. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

We stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It's located just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance to the historic center, which made exploring the city very convenient. Simone is a fantastic host—very attentive and helpful. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
