Katrina’s place was clean, comfortable & inviting. We have stayed here several times - it is a perfect location with easy access to downtown. We definitely will stay again.

The Parkside Nest above-garage apartment is new and clean and fresh, with a great shower, comfortable bed, and adequate kitchen space/supplies for cooking. Although outdoor temps were up to 90 during our stay, the mini-split worked like a champ keeping the upstairs space cool. Kelly provided all the info we needed to easily get in and get situated. She was super responsive to questions and requests. The location across from Manito park is fantastic. We walked our dog there at least twice a day - so, so nice. There are several restaurants a few blocks away, as well as a 7-11; a grocery store is a quick drive, and all of the city is a longer walk or easy drive. FYI - pre-2025 reviews seem to be for the main house, rather than the apartment above the garage, so don’t rely on those for what to expect regarding the home/amenities. The apartment is as pictured, yet feels more spacious than it appears in photos. We were very comfortable there.

This was a great property. The house is a historic property and has been nicely renovated with a modern/clean bathroom and kitchen. The windows are new (open easily) and each of the main areas has AC. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and the street was very quiet with no street noise. The livingroom furniture was also comfortable. We enjoyed the walkability of this location and proximity to Kendall Yards, the Centennial Trail, and Riverfront Park.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during Bloomsday Race weekend! The location was perfect—a short walk to downtown. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was kind, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

Perfect place to stay while visiting for a doctor's appointment. My family was looking for something close to the doctor's clinic, walkable and enjoyable while in between appointments. Bryan's place was extremely walkable, peaceful and had everything we needed.

Was everything we needed for our stay! Easy to get in and out. Place was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location for getting around and how quiet it was at night. Slept with the sliding doors open at night and never had a problem with sleep.

Beautiful place, Our only complaint would be how loud the upstairs guests children were constant running around and slamming of what sounded like furniture, not very sound proof. Parking was also a bit of a pain but workable. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

this place is great, minimal but for me it's enough, also great for a couple. Simple no-frills but when I stay here I feel like it's my own. Could stay here for weeks

If I could give 6 stars I would! Tim is super responsive and let me have an early check in! They made my stay feel super warm welcoming and safe for me and my toddler! Really appreciated how clean things were and the bed was SUPREMELY comfy! lol thanks so much for letting me stay! 10/10 recommend and you can’t beat how central it is to everything plus such a great price!

This was one of the best places I have stayed. While the room is small, Mani has made it well setup and cozy. An excellent use of minimal space. It was quiet and lived up to the moniker "The Zen House". I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Mani, for a peaceful and restful stay!

The place is situated on a side road with a dead end limited traffic so it was nice and quiet with sleeping. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was very nice for the space and they had tea and coffee there for you. Definitely recommend staying here!

Tammy’s place is the perfect getaway. She is very friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all. We enjoyed our stay and will return if need be. It’s close to everything, the mall, the movies, shopping and there are many restaurants to choose from with all types of cuisine. This place is pristine and well stocked. We felt very safe there and it’s in a nice neighborhood. Tammy even left some snacks, breakfast food and water for us which was such a nice surprise when we arrived. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers and landscaping too. Thank you Tammy for being a SUPER host.

This rental was perfect for our trip to Spokane! We came to participate in the Bloomsday run. It was very close to the freeway and made it super easy for me to get around. The entire unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in each room. It was quiet and spacious!

Satisfied with the stay, the only issue was one of the bedroom entrances was thru the bathroom, so if someone was using the bathroom than we either had to wait in the bedroom or in the living room

This was my second time at Paul's place. It is very private with it's own parking space, just outside of downtown so safe and quiet. Very close to a Fred Meyer which is great for food and anything you might have forgotten! Clean and peaceful. Paul is very proactive on communicating, and super easy access to the home!

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

A must stay!!! They did such a wonderful job immersing you into the Harry Potter theme. So fun, thought out and clean. We loved the big table for board games and felt right at home watching Netflix on the comfy couches. The hot tub was great too. Would recommend to everyone!

Connie was kind and quick to respond. The place is even cuter in person. Would definitely stay here again.

We also own a vacation rental so tend to be very critical. This place was awesome! Great location, VERY neat and clean, well thought out decor, personalized communication, and very accommodating to our situation. Came over for Lost in the 50’s car show weekend so had my truck and enclosed trailer. They even blocked parking for us so we didn’t have to worry if there was room to park and unload. Very much appreciated! Highly recommend!

It was just what we were looking for for a short vacation. The condo is set up very nicely. Very clean! Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a perfect stay in Sandpoint! The condo was gorgeous with a great view of the lake and a very comfortable porch. I was able to jog along the lake right from the condo. We were also able to walk to dinner every night. The parking situation was also super easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was nestled in the beautiful Schweitzer resort. Mountain biking right out your door. The house had everything you need to have an epic trip with your family or friends. The added bonus: massage chair! So needed after mountain biking and swimming at the lake. Love this place.
